"Would recommend"
Staff were lovely especially the lady on reception and who took breakfast orders Lovely room Very central All staff were helpful and said hello A very pleasant stay
"Bargain for the price - would use again."
We booked to stay here as we had to stay overnight in the area at short notice. We stayed in one of the new style rooms which had everything that you would expect from a Premier Inn but with a fresh feel. No issues at all with the hotel, the staff were friendly, room was very clean and comfortable- we were a little concerned with how close it is to the A127 however bar a little noise once or twice we didn’t hear anything and definitely didn’t spoil our sleep. We booked breakfast which was very good value and set us up for the day ahead. All in all a great Premier Inn at a good price would definitely use again if in the area.
"Quiet and comfortable "
Giving this 5 stars for the usual comfortable stay. It's quiet here considering how close it is to the a127 and an industrial estate. The room was clean and tidy with good mood lighting like the purple bathroom and the light atop the headboard. Shower, TV, kettle, wardrobe, and desk, were all fine. Staff were polite. Easy key card access. Great place for a short stay. Only negatives was that it's not an ideal location if you wanted to look around somewhere other than Rayleigh. You'd need to drive. There is a Sainsbury's and a Macdonald's across the roundabout though. The room was also a little dusty in places, but no big deal. Would stay again for convenience. Many thanks
"Great hotel, friendly staff"
Booked a room after a poor experience elsewhere nearby. It was nice to walk into a bright, airy reception and be greeted by a friendly staff member for a quick check in. The room (which is the next evolution style) was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, a great shower, and the HDMI socket on the wall was handy for connecting the Xbox to. Despite being on a main road, the windows drown out most of the noise for a pleasant stay. An added bonus, free parking!
"Wheres the wifi?"
Wheres the wifi? Free, but obviously paid for, wifi was un-connectable. We were belatedly offered a free premium wifi upgrade, towards the end of our stay, but that only worked for 1 device and left us once again, (we have stayed many times for family visits), with no usable connection. Very poor show Premier Inn we warned you many times before posting a bad review. Staff were great BTW.
