I’ve been staying at this hotel for business since May 25, and it has been an excellent experience. The hotel is ideal for business travelers — the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, always making sure guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to Leigh at reception, she is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greets guests with a warm smile. Her welcoming attitude and cheerful personality make me feel right at home, even when I’m away for work. She’s always happy to answer any questions and ensures every stay is smooth and pleasant. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service — highly recommended for anyone traveling on business.

"Good location, excellent staff"

There are two more Premier Inns in the area that I haven’t used but I’m very pleased that I chose this particular Inn. Quite easy to find and situated in what seems a quiet area and close to where I needed to be. Room smaller than some but very clean and brightly lit. Up to date walk in shower. Best aspect was the extremely pleasant receptionist, Leigh, who really couldn’t have been more welcoming and was very helpful when I needed to arrange transport. Doubt I’ll ever visit Basildon again but the hotel will at least be a pleasant memory.

Jackie was a star. I was met by this lovely lady on check in who was a complete breath of fresh air. She explained everything that I needed to know including booking my table for breakfast. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy. I do feel parking should be free to guests. I would definitely return again and would recommend this hotel for business or for pleasure.
