"Stay some where else!"
Absolutely filthy! Pubic hairs , cobwebs and dust in the bathroom, very hot in the room, 28.5 C! Two fans provided but months of dirt and dust in them! Paint peeling off the walls, skirting boards disgustingly dirty, stained duvet cover and no duvet in it (too hot for one anyway) £6.50 to park overnight scan and pay on leaving ! The pub had gone downhill but heard it's closing? The stench of weed being smoked as you leave reception going to the rooms was very strong and made me feel sick (I hate that smell!
Never again!

"Not a great experience."
We've stayed here before and it was fine.
However, 3 years have no been kind and the room was grubby, there must've been a leek in the bathroom as yhe skirting was water damaged. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The room was noisy.
When we left there was no-one about. The next day we complained to customer services and they just said "As you didnt report it at the time. We cant do anything"

"Do not recommend, would not stay again, avoid."
This hotel does not have air con, which now that we are not suffering a heat wave I thought would be fine. Unfortunately, despite the temperature outside being about 19 degrees, the temperature in our room when we arrived was 28.5 degrees! Absolutely unbearable with 4 people sharing the room! Of course, even with the windows open the inch they allow, and 2 fans on all night the temperature rose to 30.5 degrees overnight and it was just an awful experience for us all trying to get ready in the morning. The room smelled very musty when we arrived, the floor had not been hoovered and the desk and mirror shelf need repairing. The vinyl was rolling up the front of both leaving them very sticky and lots of crumbs/dirt had gotten stuck in the rolled up bit - absolutely disgusting. One of the bedside lamps was also broken, it looked like it had been punched and was just the shade was just balanced on the light fitting. The car park costs £6.50 per night. Do not recommend, would not stay again, avoid.

"This hotel is tired to exhaustion......."
2nd time staying at this hotel, family close by. Had to pay high prices to park! Advised on the journey down that the restaurant was closed, for diner and breakfast.
The whole place needs a good clean. The carpets in the corners of the room were grey with dust, so that is not a few weeks of not vacumming, but years. Walls battered to bit. Tea stains on the walls around kettle.... and the bathroom, there is not enough room to list the problems in there. List is endless.
Would use the word tired, but EXHAUSTED, is a better description of this Premier Inn.

"AMAZING!!!"
MARVELOUS!!! We arrived very late at night (booked late in the afternoon) and was pleasantly surprised when a friendly happy face welcomed us. Room was immaculate and I slept like a baby, despite being a light sleeper. This morning was greeted by another friendly face on reception (Courtney) who was super lovely and accommodating. You just cannot ask more of a hotel and of wonderful staff. It makes you want to apply for a job here and join the happy gang. It makes all the difference to your stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
