"Average rooms let down by breakfast"
Rooms are quiet and clean though it would benefit from a refit throughout as it feels dated. The breakfast served at the on-site pub is pretty dire with rude staff and items often unavailable.

"Ebbw Vale Premier Inn"
Greeted by friendly staff, room was clean and bed comfy. Couldn't connect to the ultimate wifi was inconvenient. Great location and views from my room. Food at the Beefeater was good. A great local leisure center to enjoy , with pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, only a few minutes up the road .

Stayed for work, very good location. Hotel smell clean, rooms look and smell clean, I had trouble working the heating but the friendly receptionist was more than happy to help me.

Had a very nice stay here at this hotel. All receptionists were friendly and acknowledged me as I walked through reception, it felt safe for for me being alone with locks on the corridor doors going through to the bedrooms and was lovely and quiet so i had a great sleep in a comfortable bed. Will definitely return.

"Poor breakfast experience"
In all respects, the usual comfortable stay. However, for the second time in three weeks, getting breakfast on one of the three mornings was impossible. The young lady on duty this morning had 5 people in at 6.30 all waiting to order their cooked food but was too busy on her mobile phone. I complained to the reception staff the last time but if anything was said, it seems to have had no effect.
