"Staff are amazing"
As a Premier Inn, it's pretty standard, but the staff were absolutely fantastic. Two team members in particular, John and Molly, were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. John, who I believe is usually a chef, went above and beyond by taking the time to suggest family-friendly activities for our toddler, even writing down postcodes and directions for us. That extra effort made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome!

"Excellent service"
Very good service from the time we arrived to the time we left. The staff were excellent especially the young man who helped us check in. The food was very good too and freshly cooked. Noted that the two chefs wore head coverings which was very reassuring in this day and age!
