"Fantastic experience"
We booked for a nearby wedding. Rang whilst travelling to see if our room was available early, spoke to James who was more than accommodating and said leave it with him and all will be ready for our arrival and it was! Lovely little gift in the room which was lovely!
Room was perfect.
Breakfast was fantastic, cooked breakfast made to your request. Lots of pastries also cooked fresh.

Amazing service by the restaurant staff . They’re very helpful and welcoming .
Would just love it if complimentary water is served on the table :) . Or some mineral water in the rooms .

Over all hotel was fine staff friendly and food was good
It wss just the air conditioning that there was a problem with,it didn't work properly so was awake throughout the night over heating

Hi, just wanted to pass on what I shared with the guys tonight. I stayed here about 6-8 weeks ago and it's fair to say it was a chalennging night for the Team - power cut, staff shortages and a very busy restaurant. What could go wrong, looked like it might and I knew that one of the staff was being trained - his second night. They soldiered on and they got through it. I'm back tonight with what looks like the same Team ish - Seb, Yoti, Chris and James. Running like clockwork - food great - check in quick and a stronger and happier team all round. What doesn't break you makes you stronger - hats off all, Cheers Mark.

I have been coming to this premier inn for around 3 years, each time I come, the welcome I receive has been warm and friendly. The bed is very comfortable and the food is delicious.
Tui in particular has been an absolute superstar. Looking after us, being incredibly attentive and helpful. Always with a smile!
