"Brilliant premier inn"
We love this premier inn, it is very clean, the staff are friendly, the meals are cooked well and we always have a great night sleep. I must say a big thank you to Tui as she always makes us feel welcome, she has great customer service and we look forward to seeing her every time we stay there.

The staff as always are warm and welcoming and will go the extra mile for you. As a regular visitor the staff are my friends now.
The rooms are good, the breakfast is good and you are assured a comfortable stay.
My only issue is the car parking charge but this is not the fault of the staff. Good point though the parking machine is now inside.
Thank you for making my visits so comfortable.

"Excellent Value for Money"
The staff are superb: welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking not a problem and slept well as it is a quiet area and comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner very good. Altogether can thoroughly recommend!!

"Exceeded our expectations"
The premier inn at Uckfield met and exceeded all of our needs. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented. All of the staff were extremely helpful, Tui especially who gave us a warm welcome, helped us with our dinner choices and was very attentive to our needs, Our room was spacious and clean, just right for our family. Breakfast and dinner was great value and very tasty with a wide range of options. We will definitely be staying at Uckfield Premier Inn again and can very much recommend it.

The premier inn in Uckfield was fantastic. We were immediately welcomed by fabulous Molly who helped us check in. The rooms were immaculate and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the lovely Julie could not do enough for us and our family. So jolly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again.
