"Fine , normal Premier inn . Clean and fine for a night"
Perfectly Ok for an overnight stay, clean pleasant staff and easy for a stay before Ferry to Dieppe but avoid the drove pub next door
"Friendly and comfortable"
Very friendly staff and the brewers fayre next door is a welcome addition. My room was comfortable, clean and well located away from the car park and therefore lovely and quiet.

Rooms not made up when we went in, had to go ask for bed linen to do ourselves. Rubbish in room from previous residents. Had an unfortunate fire alarm at 4:30am, not the hotels fault, a patron was smoking in a room, but not one member of staff apologised afterwards or even mentioned! Attached restaurant was SHOCKING- service poor and food lacklustre, takes nearly an hour to arrive despite not being busy at all, and some of us had stomach upsets. We also were not the only people who mentioned this- another couple staying longer mentioned it had been like this every night they had stayed! Overall would not recommend.
"Dirtiest and most unorganized premier inn"
Receptionist claimed I needed to pay for my room when it had already been paid for. Kept claiming they couldn't confirm any details to me due to 'data protection '....it was painful conversation and was excruciatingly hard to keep my cool( which I did) with two individuals who I can only kindly describe as 'having alot to learn in life' Room was filthy, as was my colleagues. Requests to clean just went unanswered. Room was hotter than hell. A premier inn to avoid if you can.
"Lovely warm welcome"
What a lovely welcome from a young gentleman and lovely smiley girl at the reception desk! Room was lovely and clean on arrival and everything in the room that we would need. Only thing I would say is that there was only one toilet roll in the bathroom, having an extra one would of saved a trip to the reception to ask for one. Thanks for a lovely warm visit reception staff :)

Thanks to our spot between Brighton and Eastbourne, our Newhaven hotel is an ideal base for UK coastal breaks. For a breath of fresh air and unbeatable sea views, a trip to the Seven Sisters Country Park is a must, or why not relax and unwind on a beach? You’ll have two right on your doorstep – Newhaven East and Newhaven West – as well as Brighton Beach further down the coast. After fun days out in East Sussex, head back to our Drove Brewers Fayre for mouth-watering   meals before drifting off to sleep on a super-comfy bed.
