Eastbourne Town Centre hotel

The location premier inn eastbourne was easy to get to from the train station, me and my mum visited this hotel and spoke to a lovely bubbly lady called dawn. We wish there were all like dawn as it was a lovely experience. She went above and beyond for me and my mum, the room we stayed at was double and we're definitely stay again as long as we get to see dawn

We visited Eastbourne for our anniversary weekend, and what was supposed to be a lovely getaway almost turned into a complete disaster after a horrible experience at the hotel we'd originally booked. At around 11:30 pm on Friday, we found ourselves desperately searching for somewhere else to stay. After calling several hotels with little luck, we finally rang Premier Inn, where we were fortunate enough to speak to Ronald. Honestly, what an absolute lifesaver! After explaining our situation, he was incredibly calm, understanding and reassuring. He explained that the day's booking cut-off time was approaching and advised us that booking online would be cheaper. However, knowing we were nearby, he also encouraged us to come straight to the hotel so he could help us secure a room before it was too late. We arrived just in time, and Ronald patiently helped us book and confirm a room at the best available price for our two-night stay, checking in Friday night and checking out Sunday. Although it still cost us a little over £200, which was more than we'd originally budgeted for, we were simply relieved to have somewhere clean and comfortable to stay rather than spend our anniversary weekend in the awful hotel we'd left behind. He apologised that the only available room was on the basement level and kindly explained that we could ask the morning staff about moving if another room became available. Unfortunately, there weren't any other rooms available the next day, and by that point, we were far too exhausted to consider moving again anyway! What really stood out was that Ronald's kindness went well beyond just sorting out our accommodation. At around 1 am, he even helped us find somewhere nearby that was still serving food and gave us recommendations for places to visit and explore around Eastbourne. He was genuinely lovely to talk to, friendly, approachable and always willing to help with a smile. Every time we needed assistance, nothing seemed too much trouble. The rest of the hotel staff were wonderful too and were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. But a very special shout-out to Ronald! After such a stressful start to our anniversary weekend, his kindness, patience and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. He probably didn't realise just how much his help meant to us that night, but we were incredibly grateful. What could have been a completely ruined anniversary weekend turned into a much better experience, and Premier Inn played a huge part in that. Thank you, Ronald, for coming to our rescue and for showing us what genuine hospitality looks like. You really saved our weekend! We would absolutely recommend Premier Inn Eastbourne!

I have stayed on premier inns all over the country. The customer service I experienced by Josh at this location was second to none. Promote him!!!

Had a great week-end I Eastbourne. The hotel was very nice located. Easy access to town center and to the beach/pier. It was clean and had a good bed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Many thanks to Dawn and her crew:)
