"Exceeded my expectations"
Exceptional stay. Staff were courteous, friendly, helpful, and very professional. My room was immaculate on first impressions and myself and my family slept very comfortably
Despite breakfast being very busy, I was able to get food for myself and my family very quickly and there were no problems
Would 100% reccomend staying here for anyone

"Great hotel"
We were just there for a couple of nights but had a really enjoyable stay. The location is great, close to a large shopping centre which has excellent bus links to the city for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful: my wife is coeliac and lactose intolerant and the staff gave us all we needed - soya milk, orange juice - even though we hadn't paid for breakfast. Thanks and we'll done.

"Hotel was fine and was a good price and a good check time even though we didn't need it."
The hotel was as expected but in the morning for breakfast there was a lovely young man that helped as had hand full with a busy two year old and they let us switch table as well.

The staff at Hull North were so lovely and friendly, I think the receptionists we spoke to were Addy and Loraine and they were incredibly helpful and pleasant to chat to.
The staff at the hotel put some banners and gifts in our room for my mums birthday which was so lovely! Many many thanks for such a lovely stay.
Our dinner in the Beefeater restaurant was fab, the service was excellent and the food was very quick and made for a great end to our day.

"Weekend away with the wife"
Stayed for two nights from the 28th to 30th pre paid for breakfast and eat at the beefeater restaurant connecting to the hotel staff were amazing especially Darcy in the restaurant and joe on reception highly recommended will definitely stay over there again
