Hull North hotel

Great hotel with comfortable bed and great shower. Parking was free and there is a shopping centre opposite for food and drink as well as a look around before heading home

Just returned from a one night stay and cannot compliment all the staff we met for their customer service. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Both the evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant were perfect. Will return without hesitation . Thanks

Stopped over on our way to an appointment location excellent next to a retail park room clean, bed comfortable, just what we expected from a Premier Inn

Your staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I know Premier Inn and the Beefeater restaurant work closely together. Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was completely different. We were shown to our table, but the menus were simply placed on the table with no welcome or explanation. We then sat for around 15 minutes without anyone asking if we would like a drink or if we were ready to order. After waiting with no service, we decided to leave and went to Tribal across the road instead. It was a very disappointing experience and let down what had otherwise been a positive stay

The hotel is tatty, from the outside and on the inside. He surrounds look unkempt and the entire building needs a refurb, especially te Beefeater restaurant. which is beyond tatty, with faded and worn seating, claggy carpets and food of dubious quality..again in dire need of refurbishment. The room was adequate, but again, the carpet is in need of replacement , the heating controls did not function and the small fan provided was next to useless. The quilt, was nice and thick and warm ! this is too heavy and hot for the temparatures we are currently experiencing. Combine with the a/c and fan, it was a very hot and uncomfortable night. It cost £138 for 1 night, extortionate for the environment experienced . Premier Inn Hotels is a massive company and it’s time they spent some cash on this awful place.
