"Not great"
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Very easy to park which was at no extra cost.
The room was very hot and stuffy (about 24 degrees). The temperature control could only heat the room rather than cool it. Very difficult to sleep.
We paid for breakfast. Service felt very under staffed with replenishment of most things taking ages.

"Birthday party visit"
Great hotel with comfortable bed and great shower. Parking was free and there is a shopping centre opposite for food and drink as well as a look around before heading home

"Excellent"
Just returned from a one night stay and cannot compliment all the staff we met for their customer service.
Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
Both the evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant were perfect.
Will return without hesitation .
Thanks
