"A really pleasant surprise !"
Excellent Hotel, perfectly placed in the City Centre with possibly the best view of the Sun Setting over the Estuary / City Skyline I've ever seen. Really warm Hull Hospitality, and a terrific Breakfast to boot. A visit to the Deep was also surprisingly worth the money, (so much so we went twice!.) Will surely be staying here again, next time I'm in the North.

Quiet, good location for the city centre,clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good value for money and nice breakfast.Always stay there when visiting family and friends.

Clean spacious room. A very comfortable bed. No issues with any noise at all. Breakfast was to be expected from a premier Inn breakfast. All round very good. Price was great. Access to hull is a 20 minute easy walk

Superb staff. Disappointed that parking is no longer free. At the time of our visit the machine in the council car park was out of action so parking in there would have been free (daughter did in fact park there) Rooms are as expected for Premier Inn - standard decor, bed comfy. Had a multiple baths as dont have a bath at home, just a shower, so this was a nice treat! We had free breakfast through an email offer and this was perfect to set us up for the day. Lots of choice and plenty of it, fresh and hot. Bit of a queue for toasters but on the 2nd morning made the toast first. Location wise this hotel is PERFECT for the old town and the Deep.
"Awful hotel"
The whole place was dirty from the entrance to the bedroom. The lifts were a nignmare took forever to come, the staff weren’t very friendly. The hallway was dirty same as reception. We got to the room and the room wasn’t clean, dusty, lights didn’t work, the curtains kept falling down when opening, the tea and coffee was out of date we paid £171 for the night and never again we always stay at premier inns but the last couple have been dirty and so expensive so will definitely be looking else where moving forward
