"Probably The Best PI I've Stayed In"
We've just got back from a trip with our grandson to The Deep and this is our 2nd visit and 2nd stay at the Premier Inn in Tower Street. The staff were running around everywhere as there (I think) were only 3 of them on hand and doing a stellar job as it was busy at reception and the restaurant. Grant the duty manager was attentive to everyone he was serving, having a laugh with the kids and he even let my grandosn go up and help him put our food order through. He was made up. This mornings breakfast serving was very busy but there were more staff in this morning. Again, very helpful and making sure everything ticked over well. I wouldn't even bother looking at other hotels in Hull if you're near The Deep. Its great value for money and the staff are a credit to the Premier Inn brand
"Don't forget to pay for parking "
Room was as expected at a Premier Inn. It was clean. We got a river view, even though we hadn't requested it, and this time the windows were clean enough to see it. We had forgotten that this hotel does not offer free parking. You can park over the road, or in the car park under the hotel for £7 a night.

From arriving the greeting I received was great and the staff could not do enough for me. Thanks to Grant (same name 👍🏻) who even washed my reuseable coffee cup for me. My room was immaculate also. Hull city centre premier inn is one of the best I have been to! Thankyou
"Great hotel hope to visit again soon"
Very friendly and helpful staff team who went out of their way to find us a room that was ready for early check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast which had a great variety of choices. Highly recommended
"A little worse than what you’d expect"
The staff were absolutely incredible - but the rooms are due an upgrade. TV from 00’s, no smart functions on the tv. Bathroom wasn’t in great condition- was definitely due a refurb. Both rooms were booked where due a refurb in all honesty. One room we walked in smelled of farts and wet dog, one of the lifts where broken, parking situation was poor as well, had to park under a bridge and cost £7 for the privilege
