"Disappointing expensive stay and the facilities I'd paid for were not provided."
Disappointing stay. I booked and paid for a premium plus room but was given a standard double. One lift was broken for a twelve floors. The bathroom was tired looking and the tap would not turn off. Facilities in the room were meagre with only two teabags available. The location was great and the bed very comfortable.
"Warning - big turd spotted in Hull Hotel"
Checked in to the room, and went in to the bathroom. The toilet was up and as I approached I noticed the water was golden yellow with urine. Obviously unhappy I went to flush, before noticing a giant turd. I returned to reception to complain, and was given a key to a new room - no real apology, no help to move, no explanation. If the toilet seat had been down I would have assumed it was an oversight, however as the seat was up, either the cleaner didn't clean the bathroom, or they were the culprit. #bigturd
"Great Hull Hospitality"
Great Hull hospitality, staff that clearly take pride in their hotel. I had a one night business stop over and really pleased with the staff here, sorted me out with a cold pint, a quiet space for a zoom meeting and when I missed the kitchen closing, arranged for a food delivery. Really appreciated the effort put in here and a lovely view of the North Sea to boot.

What can I say, Grant and the team at Hull City Premier Inn were excellent! I had emailed Grant and explained it was my husband's birthday and it had been a long time since we had, had a night away. He emailed straight back and explained he would make it special for us and he delivered massively. In today's world customer service and making people feel special is extremely lacking but definitely not at Premier in Hull City Centre. We are already looking at when we can come back. From the friendly and welcoming arrival, to a fabulous surprise in our gorgeous room and the lovely well presented and tasty breakfast we could not fault a thing. Really easy to find, plenty of parking at £7 for 24 hours, walk over the bridge and you're in the city centre. Perfect location. Thank you all for a lovely stay! Carly & Ant xx
"Fabulous"
This premier inn was fabulous.Room was very nice well kept with air conditioning as well.The food on the other hand was excellent they were only one chef on aswell and he did not disappoint.I got the mix grill meal on the menu which was good and the food menu had a good amount of options aswell.Staff were friendly enough aswell.Would recommend 😁
