"Bit of a let down compared to normal PI standards."
1 lift was out of order and the working one was iffy to say the least. Receptionist not helpful on arrival. Sounded disinterested. Room clean and comfortable.

Stayed with my Niece for her birthday and the staff were amazing!! Super easy check in, clean room and staff very polite and friendly. Even left her a little something on the bed for her birthday, which made her stay even better. Breakfast was wonderful all hot food, would definitely recommend!!

Excellent Hotel, perfectly placed in the City Centre with possibly the best view of the Sun Setting over the Estuary / City Skyline I've ever seen. Really warm Hull Hospitality, and a terrific Breakfast to boot. A visit to the Deep was also surprisingly worth the money, (so much so we went twice!.) Will surely be staying here again, next time I'm in the North.

Quiet, good location for the city centre,clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good value for money and nice breakfast.Always stay there when visiting family and friends.

Clean spacious room. A very comfortable bed. No issues with any noise at all. Breakfast was to be expected from a premier Inn breakfast. All round very good. Price was great. Access to hull is a 20 minute easy walk
