"Nice stay."
Great location. Clean. This is our second stay at premier inn and would chose it again. Breakfast was nice, if not overpriced. Realistically how much of the unlimited breakfast are you going to actually eat to make it worth paying £10.99 each. For us it wasn’t really worth it but it’s handy, which I guess is why they can charge £10.99. We are lucky there was 1 space in the car park, it does get busy.
"Not Premier Inn standard"
The curtain pole had been replaced in the bathroom the holes had not been filled in.The skirting boards in the bathroom was filthy and needed a re paint, my daughtwr is dairy free and they only had soya milk for a dairy alternative,we found the room overall not to be the premier standard, the coffee In the room tasted stale,the bed was very uncomfortable so maybe the matress needs updating.Also when qe was checking in there was no member off staff on reception we waited quite a while to get checked in to the point we had to go and search for a member of staff. We managed to log onto the WiFi but the connection was rubbish so I couldn't even check an email unless I paid £5, would not stay at this hotel again.
"Nice hotel but extras are expensive"
Hotel nice and clean but the £15 charge for early check-in is a bit much and £5 per night for parking outrageous should be free for guests
"Premier Plus at Premier Inn does not exist!!"
Certainly wasn't a Premier Plus room - small bed and room. Stained carpets, creased hard bottom sheet, cheap toilet roll. Asked more another pillow never received, had to ask again! Vending machines empty. No drawers and tiny wardrobe. Low water pressure. Restaurant attached was useless with poor service. Also apparent Ultimate WiFi was absolutely useless, continually dropping out and ultra slow.
"Pros and cons"
Beautifully situated hotel, the rooms are clean and the staff are lovely. The downfall is there is not enough staff. The staff that are there work really hard. There are long waits for an evening meal and the breakfast buffet was not kept stocked with long waits again for food to be brought out. There was no gluten free bread available despite it being advertised and asked for.
