Beverley Town Centre hotel

Has bed bugs. Very little help from the company. They state they are investigating but who knows. I definitely got bitten by bed bugs in room 304. I had to go into a full clean up mode at home. Hot wash everything, hoover suitcase and freeze and products like makeup etc.

i had a strobing bathroom light which was never changed some one was jumping off the the bed in the middle of the night and early in the morning

The staff at Premier Inn are really hard working and friendly the breakfast was good and is run really well

Always book with Premier Inn as you usually know what to expect and the kids love it. The hotel is great for exploring Beverley and right next door to a multi storey for overnight parking. The hotel was a bit of a let down though. The main issue was the air conditioning, or lack of it. Advertised as air conditioned the room was very warm when we arrived, and the cooling unit only allowed the temperature to be lowered to 19 degrees. The windows didn’t open either so it made overnight very uncomfortable with four of us in the room very warm. The corridors also smelt very musty as they seemed to lack any sort of ventilation. Breakfast as usual was fine but again the restaurant area was very warm and uncomfortable. We did mention it to the staff and they were sympathetic and said they found it too warm as well but had no solution. On this basis I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to the lack of air conditioning and general ventilation. I can’t imagine what it would have been like during the hot summer months as it was bad enough when we stayed on 26th September. Disappointing.

Very poor value for the price. There is no free parking available. No one to greet you at the entrance. The sheer curtain was held by a very wonky curtain rod which fell on top of the head of my 3 year old when we tried to see outside. Very very low quality and I can’t believe they would put a temporary and loose curtain rod in a chain hotel. The room is extremely basic and the carpets were very dirty and stained. The bathroom was merely passable. I regret having paid so much to stay there on a weekend. It was over £150 a night and it didn’t even had parking or hosts to help.
