"A sweet dreamy night"
Easy booking, nice reception, room very clean and comfortable. Convenient for town centre on foot. Parking is not attached to hotel but close and safe, drop off outside is useful. Slept like a top, very ample breakfast. Good shower/bath. Just a pity the group use "dynamic pricing" as we tried to reserve for an extra relaxing night, and sadly was double the price. Pity indeed. Staff were great, very helpful, thanks

"Overpriced and mediocre"
This hotel is so overpriced but there are hardly any hotels in Beverley so they charge ridiculous prices. They’ve removed the fridges from the rooms and discount for car parking. There were two cups, no glasses and the usual one small towel between two. There was a mix up with the room even though I’d phoned and emailed and was told things would be sorted. As always the staff were helpful though and everything was sorted. Terrible value for money but I guess that’s the joy of dynamic pricing - Air b n b for me next year!

"Good value and great location"
Good value and not far to walk into town centre and local shops and pubs. Shopping centre literally over the road. Bear to train station and bus stops. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice.
Rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean.

"Pleasant stay. Handy for local attractions."
STAFF: Staff were helpful in storing our luggage until it was time for us to book in. On booking in staff were prompt in dealing with our arrival and very friendly.
CLEAN: The bedroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. The carpet looked a bit drab but this was just the style and no reflection on the cleanliness The bathroom was clean and spacious.
FACILITIES: Large double bed with a pull out bed underneath. The bed had two side shelves with lights. There were no charging points / sockets beside the bed. The unit at the bottom of the bed had a TV mounted above and 4 sockets along with a connection for a games station etc. Wardrobe was more suited to one person or two people on a short term stay. Spare pillows in the small wardrobe if needed. Shower gel was in a position which meant it was washed of your hands as son as it left the bottle by the spray from the shower and was unreachable if you were lying in the bath.
SLEEP: We both slept soundly. The hotel was very quiet and despite our room looking onto the road for the shopping centre carpark this did not affect our sleep.
FOOD: We only had breakfast which was nice. There was the option of all you can eat cooked breakfast or a continental. We found the cooked breakfast tasty and value for money.
STAY: We would definitely stay here again due to the location, room state and staff.
