However, chargeable off-site parking is available in the shopping centre multi-story car park which is located directly behind the hotel.  The charge for parking is £10. Please note that there is a height restriction set at 2.1 metres. For larger vehicles please contact the hotel directly for information.

      "Recommend cooked breakfast"
      Located at the rear of Flemingate Shopping Centre 5-10min walk from the train station and main shopping area. Greated by friendly staff throughout our 2 night stay. Room spacious and clean as you would expect from Premier Inn. Recommend the cooked breakfast. No full bar. Bottles only.

      Lovely stay. Ate in the restaurant on our first night stay and was served by Debs. Lovely lady, great service, an absolute credit to this location. Stayed in many premier inns over the years and this is the best customer service we have received

      The room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and being so close to the A63 we thought it would be noisy but no once the windows were closed really peaceful. The reception staff were friendly, mainly dealt with Emma who was welcoming smiling and nothing was too much trouble, extra coffee milk no problem. Would definitely recommend and book again. Many thanks
      "Simply awful."
      Arrived to find no one on reception and no one answering the bell. Rang it about 5 times. Looks like the receptionist was chatting to whoever was microwaving the meals. I was on the first floor and it smelt of drains. When I went down for dinner, having looked at the menu in the rooms, they only had two options and even then she had to go and ask if I could have one. The dining room was freezing cold with the air conditioning way too high. So no food. There is a much better American diner around the corner. I could not get a proper receipt. For some reason Premier Inn now have Proforma Folio written on all their receipts and the Inland Revenue won’t let us clam back the vat on them. To top off a lovely stay, whoever was in the room above me was doing a half-marathon and I couldn’t open the window to get any fresh air. Whatever happened to a good night guarantee? The final straw was the pathetic WiFi and I couldn’t see any images without being pixelated and the mobile signal on O2 is not that great in the area. All in all an awful stay but not, unfortunately, unusual for a Premier Inn. If I could give it zero stars I would.

      What a beautiful spotless comfortable place. Very accommodating. Special thanks to Natalie & Melania who assisted me after I had a bad fall in town. Lovely breakfast. Quiet, despite being next to a road. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area
