"Nice stay but no breakfast or evening meal facilities as advertised"
Lovely stay, nice comfy big bed, clean facilities, but you have no breakfast or evening meal facilities, its actually being knocked down, and going to be re built, which I'm told will be months away from being competed, and you are still emailing us days before our stay advertising meals available, and still charging full price. Premier Inn you need to look into this and maybe drop your price for the stay as you are not providing people what they are paying for.
"Booked a twin, given a double. Dirty mattress and awful breakfast."
Promised a twin room, but was made into a double when we walked in. We removed the sheet to split the beds up and the mattresses were very stained and dirty. We asked for new bedding so we could make up our own singles and were just handed a sheet at the door. Breakfast was overpriced and awful. Dont get a coffee!!
"Great, but I want a proper adapted room I can use."
As always, the staff at this PI are lovely, and will go the extra step to help as I'm wheelchair bound. Room was great, clean and comfortable. But my normal moan still exists. I need an adapted room for the toilet and shower facilities, but PI adapted beds are ridiculously low. This has always been a problem, but until a couple of years ago the'd put risers onto the bed to make them useable. They now won't do this, so I cannot use the facilities purportedly designed for me!
"Family visit to Portland with stay at Weymouth"
We always use Weymouth Mercery road Premier Inn when visiting family in Portland. We do this as it is good value, clean defect free rooms, free parking and friendly staff. Thank you Becky and Eryn for looking after us.
"Not a very nice experience."
This premier inn did not make it clear there's no normal premier inn breakfast service available. The replacement "brekkie to go" is not really the same. It is a small van outside with expensive items and not the "all you can eat" for £10. The hotel room has only 2 pillows, the room temperature was difficult to regulate, the "blackout" curtain were broken/not really black out. The room was in a poor state of repair/rather dirty. The soap dispenser didn't work, no clean cups next day, no cleaning of room between days, curtesy coffee not replaced. I wouldn't personally recommend this hotel to others.
