"Sadly only an average at best"
Arrived at 9pm after a 4 hour drive and parking was extremely limited. The hotel had warned us in advance due to construction work. We were sadly a little disappointed with out premier Inn plus room. The floor had not been hoovered from the previous guests and there was a metal bottle top on the carpet next to the master bed which could have injured if stepped on. Despite booking the room for two, there was only one large towel so we needed to return to reception to ask for a second which they provided. At the same time we reported the unclean floor but we're told thay there was no housecleaning over the weekend. We have pre booked the brekkie to go for both days but out of the options advertised there was only the yoghurt or fruit available which seem poor. There were no croissants or porridge. Furthermore, we were only provided with internet codes for one device per room despite being two us. Based on previously good experiences with Premier Inn we were sadly disappointed on this occasion.

"Good Price"
The staff were lovely and friendly so that’s a good plus. The room was huge and that’s another plus. Sadly the room was freezing , and the sink full of hairs and fluff in the plug hole so I had to dig them out to let the water drain away.

"Lovely hotel, great staff and comfy stay."
We stayed for 3 nights in this Premier Inn, whilst exploring Weymouth area. We chose it over the seafront Premier Inn because it looked more modern and it was close to shops. Lovely clean, modern hotel with some really friendly staff. My little boy loved Alan on Night Reception, he made his stay as he talked to him about all sorts, had a lot of time for him. The other two ladies on Reception were friendly also. The only thing that let it down was there was no hot breakfast on site at the time, as they were building onto the hotel, which they did tell us about before our stay. We just had breakfast at the Brewers Fayre on the seafront, which was just a small drive away, however, they did have a pop up breakfast cart outside for continental food.
The bedroom was airy, spacious and clean. If you want your room cleaned you can request this at reception, otherwise they leave it alone, which was nice sometimes.
Ideal location and free parking when you type registration number plate into the computer in the hotel.
In terms of what to see in the area, highly recommend Castletown D-Day Centre near Portland. It's not advertised enough and it's a lot of fun for the kids and big kids, ask for a jeep ride and they take you out past Chesil Beach on it, so much fun! Lovely guys that are volunteering only, they love their job and are very knowledgable.
We also visited Nothe Fort which was amazing, especially for my history loving son. Portland Bill is such a lovely place to visit, and the parking charges are reasonable. SeaLife Centre and Sandworld are right next to each other, so there's definitely a full day spent there and the beaches are beautiful.
Highly recommend to stay in this Premier Inn. When the other part of the hotel is built it will be even better! Can't wait to stay again!!

"Best staff ever!"
Could not have been a better experience. Gorgeous big room with large bathroom and a bath - a must after my ultra! Staff were so friendly. Wish I had taken their names. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you! What a lovely bunch
