Weymouth Seafront hotel

Booked a one night stay for my wife and I .The whole place has a sticky feel to it and the carpet in the hallway is dirty with a lot of stains. the first room we were given the bed was filthy with large brown stains on the mattress and a large stain in the centre of the bed as well which could have been urine. I returned to reception and explained and they moved us to another room. This room was slightly better but the mattress was still stained. there was black mould around the back of the bath/ the bathroom floor had only been cleaned in the centre as behind the door it was dusty and dirty. I can only say that the place should be closed for a complete deep clean and refurb. Iwill never use a Premier inn again

The day before our arrival we received an email stating that there would be no evening meals. It didn’t explain that there was no bar. I’ve never been in a hotel without a bar. The nearest was over a mile away. Breakfast was available though. Unfortunately the tea and coffee machine was not working and the staff were supplying hot water in jugs. I had to ask for a plate to get my breakfast, very unusual. They ran out of baguettes. This was before 9 am. They then ran out of bread for toast. This is an establishment that boasts unlimited breakfast! The staff at the breakfast cannot be faulted, they were desperate to succeed but with limited resources. We were booked in for two nights but left after one night. Extremely disappointed especially after a lovely stay at the Sutton Harbour Premier Inn in Plymouth the previous night

Older looking hotel however very clean and tidy. Kayleigh on reception was a delight to talk to, pointed out some lovely local restaurants. Car park is free and breakfast in the morning was lovely. hopefully see you again next year!

Filthy place, breakfast awful, wouldn’t recommend at all. Staff looks down at you, dirty bed sheets which I then had to change myself. Bathroom is so dirty. Rooms smell so bad. Restaurant hasn’t been cleaned for a very long time. Overheard staff saying they cleaned the toilets the other week so they don’t need to be done now. Location isn’t bad but definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Excellent location and easy parking at this hotel. Premier plus room clean and spacious. Hotel itself could do with some updating. Booking in was lengthy and disorganised - however staff generally friendly and helpful. Restaurant next door not open apart from breakfast currently and breakfast on offer was disappointing compared to what we have been used to from Premier Inn. Still relatively good value compared to other accommodation in the area and within easy reach of many excellent attractions, historical sites and lovely towns and villages. A lovely level path just opposite the hotel takes you along the beachside all the way to the harbour. Recommend the premier plus room for the bonus of a coffee machine, fridge, good shower facilities and being more spacious
