Weymouth Seafront hotel

Excellent location and easy parking at this hotel. Premier plus room clean and spacious. Hotel itself could do with some updating. Booking in was lengthy and disorganised - however staff generally friendly and helpful. Restaurant next door not open apart from breakfast currently and breakfast on offer was disappointing compared to what we have been used to from Premier Inn. Still relatively good value compared to other accommodation in the area and within easy reach of many excellent attractions, historical sites and lovely towns and villages. A lovely level path just opposite the hotel takes you along the beachside all the way to the harbour. Recommend the premier plus room for the bonus of a coffee machine, fridge, good shower facilities and being more spacious

On arrival no one at reception waited 10 minutes, got pass for room had room 50,, walking to room carpet so many marks going upstairs rail sticky greasy, get into room one set of towels, 2 of us two cups on table for tea dryed tea in one , got in to bed new lining but duvet had sweet smell on it,,, morning breakfast,,, fryed breakfast, had a look sausages,, rubber eggs baked beans black pudding tomatos that's it,, few pastries bread crumpets cereal that it 11 pounds joke, staff miserable all and all not good time , never going back spoilt 2day break

Very disappointed with our two-day stay. It was a 50-year anniversary wedding present from me to my wife. We planned to have breakfast and evening meals with drinks to celebrate for the two day stay, but only when we booked in we’re told the restaurant was not open so we had to get taxis for two days into Weymouth to restaurants to eat and drink to celebrate. There were two guests in front of us that also were disappointed due to the restaurant being closed.. We booked on line so why could the Premier Inn told the restaurant was closed so we could have booked else where!

A stay that was not really up to Premier Inn standards. On arrival we were told that the restaurant and bar was closed. We had paid for an evening meal and breakfast. To be fair we were refunded for both. In entering the stairway, the handrails were filthy and sticky. Overall a good wipe down would have made a difference! The room was satisfactory, linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ameneties were miserly. Only shower gel was supplied and the toilet roll dispenser was empty and half a roll left on the top if it. Some deep cleaning would have made the overall cleanliness better, but it was acceptable - just! The kettle needed a good clean on the outside and some residual water had been left inside. Only enough coffee for two cups as well as only two teabags were supplied. Breakfast was a pretty shoddy affair in a rather grubby restaurant off premises. Not much on offer and both coffee machines were out of action. Would not recommend this place overall it needs a good refurb and a jolly good clean. Staff in hotel were pleasant enough but lacked enthusiasm. Staff in restaurant were disorganised. Not a great experience overall!

Stayed on the 11 0ct no problem with hotel but breakfast a disaster payed at reception didn't say we needed receipts to show but lady said we did anyway no coffee machine working no mushrooms only fried eggs no bananas and staff not friendly at all stay many times here and never been disappointed with breafast but today shabby service
