Weymouth Seafront hotel

Booking issue was resolved very quickly, excellent service and a warm welcome. Perfect location for Jurassic coast challenge. Would stay there again . Just walked into bath and bed from the finish line . Perfect

The premier inn itself you can't really fault, its close to the beach, easy to get in and out of Weymouth and the rooms are functional and clean. The meal deal with the adjoining Brewersfayre is excellent value for dinner and breakfast but sadly the service in there was a bit lacking on the Sunday night of our stay to the point we got so fed up of waiting we left before desert turned up - we'd paid extra to upgrade the meal deal but they seem to have just clean forgot to bring out our deserts so that was a waste of money

Extra long weekend away. Had a premier plus room with additional facilities. Good stay overall, only downside was at breakfast where only one coffee machine was working for the entire stay.

Visited Weymouth and stayed at the Premier Inn for two nights for my Birthday. I’m in a wheelchair and on arrival me and my husband found the receptionist quite rude, there was no welcoming attitude. She didn’t get out of her seat to pass me the pin pad or to pass me the pen and reciept for me to sign, where I’m lower down it made this quite difficult for me. The other receptionists were all friendly and pleasant the rest of our stay. We stayed in an accessible room and the mattress was bowed in the middle, there was dust/cobwebs around the room, the ceiling was stained where there was a previous leak? Also outside in the hall the carpet was heavily stained. Only two disabled bays which were taken up during our stay. It was ok but for the cost out of season I would have expected the place to be better looked after than it was. Sorry to say but Travel lodges are better maintained from my experience and more inviting.

Perfectly situated close to the beach & walking distance to the town. We had a lovely few days. Only down side is that there aren't enough accessible rooms so as a wheelchair user, as normal we can only stay when there's availability of accessible room, not when we want to stay, so we have to look elsewhere which is also a tall order.
