    Parking at Premier Inn Poole North hotel

    Limited free on-site parking is available at this hotel. The car park operates on a first come first serve basis and can only accommodate cars or transit vans, any vehicle taking up more than 2 spaces will receive a ticket. Your vehicle registration must be entered on the black horizon tablet, located in the Premier Inn reception area. Preventing to do so, will result in a fine. 

    Alternative free parking can be found on Wessex Way BH15 3FT, approx. 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

    "Shambles of a hotel"
    I keep giving this hotel chance after chance, because the location us handy and the rooms are nice but.................... Time after time after time the restaurant is an absolute shambles. Checked in at 6pm and the restaurant was fairly quiet so went straight for a bite to eat. "Sorry no tables until 8:15" Came back at 8:15 and it was much busier. Was given a table and a menu with mist stuff crossed out......."sorry we don't have that, new menu tomorrow" Absolute joke of a hotel

    Excellent place to stay, lovely clean rooms, breakfast was amazing, hotel beautiful presented, rob check us in , very helpful man , nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this place.
    "What an hotel stay should be like"
    I was down in Poole for work and decided to stay at Premier Poole North, the team are incredible even if noticeably short staffed. Luisa was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and it’s also worth mentioning Rob, always happy to help. No robot/self-checkin desk would come even close to providing this type of customer service.

    Clean room, comfortable bed. Helpful staff especially Rob who sorted out a minor issue for us without any problem. Thanks Rob. Good value breakfast. Good location, adequate parking. Will use again when we return in the spring.
    "Great ... except the WiFi!"
    I stay at a lot of Premier Inns, and this one was pretty much as expected - warm welcome, clean, functional room, good breakfast. It was unfortunately let down by the WiFi! I paid the extra for "Ultimate" but it was so poor it just kept cutting out and sending me back to mobile data! Was also lacking a power point next to the bed so I had to plug my phone charger over the other side of the room.
