    Limited free on-site parking is available at this hotel. The car park operates on a first come first serve basis and can only accommodate cars or transit vans, any vehicle taking up more than 2 spaces will receive a ticket. Your vehicle registration must be entered on the black horizon tablet, located in the Premier Inn reception area. Preventing to do so, will result in a fine. 

    Alternative free parking can be found on Wessex Way BH15 3FT, approx. 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

    "Enjoyed Our Stay."
    A lovely Premier inn. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was good, especially breakfast. The menu for evening meals, got a bit boring. Several items weren't available and most meals came with chips. No pasta dishes on the menu. So I think that needs improvement. Apart from the menu, we really enjoyed our visit and would happily return.

    Beautiful hotel and really helpfull staff, nothing is top much. Room was nice and clean.Breakfast really good and perfect cooked
    "Can't cook, won't cook"
    Rooms are as expected. Avoid the breakfast at all costs. Half of the hot items missing with up to half an hour wait. Situated in middle of industrial estate.
    "Interesting experience"
    Rooms are equipped and clean, they are looking a bit tired in comparison to other premier inns we have stayed at. Under the bed had ripped fabric. I would not recommend having dinner at the restaurant we were told we couldn’t have an earlier booking than 7:45 which we were hoping would be earlier, when we got there service was good drinks arrived soon after, but the food wait was appalling we didn’t receive food until 9. The food its self was good once we had it, there’s a nice Toby carvery down the road I’d recommend using that instead for dinner. Breakfast was another story lovely service buffet fully stocked and a friendly greeting on arrival. This is our third stay at this premier inn and are hoping for improvement if we were to come again.
    "Shambles of a hotel"
    I keep giving this hotel chance after chance, because the location us handy and the rooms are nice but.................... Time after time after time the restaurant is an absolute shambles. Checked in at 6pm and the restaurant was fairly quiet so went straight for a bite to eat. "Sorry no tables until 8:15" Came back at 8:15 and it was much busier. Was given a table and a menu with mist stuff crossed out......."sorry we don't have that, new menu tomorrow" Absolute joke of a hotel
