We stayed the one night & the hotel was exactly what we needed. The room was comfy & clean. The food at breakfast was mediocre but the service during check in & breakfast was great.

I usually stay in a different Premier inn, quite local to this one but as this one came up cheaper I decided to give it a try. Staff are lovely. So friendly and go out of their way to help you. Rooms and hotel feel tired and need some renovation I felt. Car park wasn't good for me, I couldn't park close to the hotel and with 2 little kiddies this was challenging when returning to the hotel at night. Food at their restaurant next door was awful experience and I definitely won't return there. I didn't hate this hotel, it was just ok.

Easily found, this quiet and always clean hotel has very pleasant staff and is great value for money - not just the room but the Meal Deal for evening meal and breakfast the following day at the Beefeater next door. It's just me this time rather than both of us, and a Sunday night and a meal deal cost just £79.99.

We regularly visit the area and have tried several other establishments including other local hotels and pubs with rooms etc. This time we stayed at Premier Inn Ferndown and I think this is where we will book from now on.
Lovely room, very comfy bed, Smugglers Haunt right next door if you fancy a meal or a drink and then over there for breakfast. What a super breakfast! Cooked to order, plus the usual continental buffet with great selection.
Highly recommend this hotel.
