      "Good Premier Inn"
      We've stayed here before and were happy to stay here again. The car park is small, but usually has a space, though it's not easy to fit and get a child out of the car. When you go in to reception you have to put in your number plate for parking and press a button to call a staff member to reception, so you might have a small wait. The room was clean and as expected. The shower wasn't great, it was a bit weak and constantly goes from very hot to very cold the whole time. The room we had was very quiet and we had a good sleep, though the room got quite warm, they do have a fantastic in the room for you to use. The Beefeater next door is great for food, so we did the meal deal and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in there. All the staff members were friendly and we would stay here again.
      "Act of kindness"
      This is our second stay at this hotel as its near to Bournemouth airport and moors valley. We stayed here as a family of four. The family rooms we have had on both occasions are large and plenty of room between beds. Always quiet and friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant just across car park. Parking is free. There was a fan already in the room which is good as it had been hot so we didn't need to bother staff asking for one. We had a lovely surprise when entering our room,we had been left a lovely welcome note and box of chocolate fingers from Chloé the receptionist, which was such a nice thing to do and as we always chose to stay in Premier inn hotels so was so nice to receive this treat and the kids loved them. We will definitely be back.

      Love staying in Premier Inn in Ferndown. You’ll always get warm welcome at the reception. The hotel is nicely tucked away from the busy road. “The Smugglers Haunt” next door is a perfect place for breakfast, dinner and drinks! The one and only thing that is missing from the hotel is a hand shower from the modern bathroom!

      Warm welcome, really comfy beds and easy to find and park. Great to have the pub/restaurant on site for dinner. The service was second to none, really friendly team. We only stayed one night before heading the airport to go on holiday, the reception chap even booked our taxi and arranged a wake up call. Great experience.
      "Good premier inn with lovely friendly staff will use again definitely"
      Stayed here on a halfway stopover on our way to cornwall for a week, greeted by very friendly member on desk, helpful and cheerful, we’ve stayed in many premier inns and I’d say this rated one of the best would definitely stay here again, had beefeater restaurant with it we ate there was a decent evening meal with good staff same for breakfast, cooked to order friendly helpful waitress
