Bournemouth Westbourne hotel

Shower was covered in black mold. When I complained, was offered a free breakfast not a clean room. The level of Mold does not grow overnight. Less of an issue but the hotel could use a little bit of Refurb, marks on the wall etc.

Went to celebrate my birthday for a few days. Location was good as short drive to beach and city centre.On arrival we were told one of rooms were not ready. Had to wait. When we got to our room. They were generally tidy but some cobwebs on the ceiling. Rooms are very dated and tired. The bathrooms were clean but toilets stained. Uneven floors! Our one room had holes in the wall behind the door. We had to call reception twice to unblock the toilet! In the end the kids stopped using it out of embarassment. The icing on the cake was our second morning when there was no milk at breakfast. I wish we hadnt booked😔

My stay at Premier Inn Westbourne was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The housekeeping was excellent, and the room was spotless — everything felt fresh, tidy, and very well looked after. The bed was incredibly comfortable and honestly felt just like being at home. In my experience, most Premier Inns are very comfy, and this one definitely lived up to that standard. The manager was especially kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. They quickly provided us with an ironing board and iron, which made our stay even more convenient. Breakfast was another highlight. The food was really good, and it was great to see that they freshly cooked the vegan sausages, which was a fantastic touch and much appreciated. The location is also very convenient. The car park is good, making it easy to come and go, and it’s only about a 6-minute walk to the beach. There’s also an Asda just 4 minutes away, which is really handy. Plus, there are plenty of activities to do nearby, so there’s always something to enjoy. Overall, it was an amazing stay with great service, excellent housekeeping, and a delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Everything as expected except the room was small.... It turned out that we had been put in a room prepared for one person.
