We offer an exclusive guest parking discount of £10 per 24 hours. Simply find a space and pay less to park. This car park is managed by Horizon Parking. Parking available in Premier Inn marked bays only. Please see reception via the drop off zone at the front of the hotel for access to the parking garage prior to check-in. Guest must exit by 12.00 the next day . Please note the entrance to the underground car park is located to the rear of the hotel accessed via Hahnemann Road. Height restriction of 2.4 metres, the car park is not suitable for lorries or large vehicles.

"Simply the Best Premier Inn"
Sshhhh, don’t tell the others but this is our favourite premier inn in the country. Perfectly located and the usual high standards that you’d expect from a premier inn. Staff are helpful, courteous, and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast aplenty. A particular mention to Shelia the chef, who on the busiest of mornings has the hot food constantly stocked and provides a friendly smile and chat to brighten up your morning. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember!
"No negatives, all positives!"
Brilliant location, parking underground and secure, lovely staff, lovely room. We were 3rd floor and it was so quiet. Restaurant was lovely, good value. No negatives, all positives. Would stay again.
"PARKING PENALTY CHARGES"
Excellent accommodation with one caveat, we completed our Premier inn visit to this hotel early August 2025 after spending 3 nights in the Premier Inn in Shanklin (which has free car parking). We did not notice that the parking is chargeable at the Premier Inn West Cliff where we also spent 3 nights. I have now received 2 Parking Penalty notices each for £60.00 if paid within 14 days and no doubt will get another one. Advice to the check in staff and guests, REMIND GUESTS THAT PARKING MUST BE PAID FOR!!! As potentially £180.00 in parking fines for 3 nights of stay has left a bad taste!
"Great stay"
Really good Premier Inn, clean and modern. Just a short walk from the beach but in a quiet location. Room was the usual standard and the bed was very comfortable. You can drop off luggage at the front of the hotel when you arrive but parking is in the underground car park around the back (basically it's left out of the hotel, first left and then left again). Safe and secure with 24 hour access for £10 a day. Rooms are not serviced as standard every day but there's a notice saying if you want it you just need to ask. Replacement tea, coffee and milk supplies are available to help yourself by reception at any time. We would be very happy to return and we have already recommended it to family and friends as an ideal place to stay if looking for somewhere near to the beach in Bournemouth.
"Worst night sleep ever. Mattress was badly damaged and no effort to fix it after we reported it."
Stayed 2 nights and had the worst nights sleep. Just awful. Our double mattress was damaged with various divots which gave us terrible back ache. We reported it in a nice manner in the morning and the reception implied it would be looked into. Nothing happened. Nobody turned up. Nobody changed the mattress. Hairdryer also didn’t work. Room wasn’t cleaned and you have to restock the yea bags yourself (once you’ve used the 2 in your room). Makes me question ever staying in a Premier Inn again. Everything was basic but we expected that. However, not being able to sleep on a working mattress is a joke.
