🌟 Excellent Stay – A Positive Experience Overall! 🌟 We had a wonderful time at Westcliff! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. ✅ Clean, spotless rooms ✅ Modern building with a relaxing ambience ✅ Very family-friendly – perfect for kids ✅ Attentive and accommodating staff ✅ I requested a birthday surprise for my daughter, and they went above and beyond – balloons and small presents were waiting in the room. She was so happy! ✅ Room cleaning on our second day was done perfectly – everything was spotless ✅ Super comfy beds and pillows ✅ Nice, sturdy cot bed provided ✅ Excellent location – just a short walk to the town centre and the beach ✅ Lovely little play area – my children loved it! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. 💯 Thank you, Westcliff staff, for making our stay so special! 🙏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

On arrival met with lovely friendly member of staff check in quick in room at 3.35pm no waiting at all . Family room was big lots of space and very very clean air con worked perfectly ideal this time of year . Had dinner in the restaurant which was cooked to perfection and child’s main meal was free with an Adult main meal .Melanie who served us was exceptional . Smiled the whole time greeted us and all guest’s With a friendly professional manor that nothing would be to much trouble for her to help you with.It was busy but She was calm and the member of staff that was on check in was there to help In restaurant Too and they worked really well together . The open serving hatch to kitchen was great as you see who’s doing the cooking and again the it was all so calm and communication between front of house& kitchen was clearly on point . We enjoyed our meal so much we up and left mobile phone on the table and came back to our room . Only to hear a knock at the door 10min later It was Melanie with our phone which we had no idea we left it !!Very very grateful for that .The night’s sleep was peaceful and black out curtains help keep everyone a sleep a bit longer . Buffet Breakfast was well laid out and plenty of it . Melanie was in for breakfast too and she was as happy and friendly as night before I never caught names of the other staff but every single member of staff were smiling as they greeted each person. Chef was standing at the serving hatch and chatting with each guest . The whole stay was perfect from start to finish highly recommend this Premier inn . As we were leaving we also saw housekeepers starting their day and each of them engaged with guest with a good morning . It sets you up for a nice day ahead parking is expensive but it’s gated underneath hotel which is safe and handy if you have little ones

Nice Premier inn, friendly staff, nice rooms, plenty of underground parking at a price of £10 a day. Only faults we found were, shower leaks from top, the shower screen was moldy at the bottom and leaks all over the floor. This was reported to management and all they did was change the towels. This has been leaking for a while before we stayed as water has got behind the bath panel and cover coming off. Get a grip Premier inn and sort the issues out. This is a premier plus room and should not be in this state.

Sshhhh, don’t tell the others but this is our favourite premier inn in the country. Perfectly located and the usual high standards that you’d expect from a premier inn. Staff are helpful, courteous, and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast aplenty. A particular mention to Shelia the chef, who on the busiest of mornings has the hot food constantly stocked and provides a friendly smile and chat to brighten up your morning. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember!

Brilliant location, parking underground and secure, lovely staff, lovely room. We were 3rd floor and it was so quiet. Restaurant was lovely, good value. No negatives, all positives. Would stay again.
