    "Pre-Flight stay"
    We stayed to catch an early flight from Bournemouth airport and have to say for this purpose, the location is excellent and the 10 minute drive was ideal. On arrival the postcode didn’t get us to the car park which is hidden underground so that was a bit of a faff but we dropped the family at the door and the other went to park the car. Parking costs £10 for your over night stay. Room for a family of 4 was comfortable and had all you need for a quick over nighter. Check in via computer was seamless and spat out a room card key with ease.
    "Great room, poor food"
    Excellent room but very poor breakfast. The staff struggled to cope with the number of guests, the bacon was excessively greasy, sausages over cooked, fruit and yoghurt stocks not replenished, coffee machines not working

    Very good service and cleanliness. Food was good but have to wait for breakfast because buffet was empty most of the time. But anyways we are glad we stayed here
    "Amazing stay in May"
    I stayed here on two separate nights, and both experiences were absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Nikol, the hotel manager—one of the best I’ve ever met. Her professionalism and warmth really stood out and made my stay even better.
    "Good location but let down by unprofessional staff"
    A well-located hotel just on the edge of Bournemouth town centre and easily accessible by road. Very pleasant and modern surroundings. My only criticism would be of some staff, for whom any basic request was a massive effort. On several occasions we saw members of staff pulling faces behind the backs of other customers and laughing later, so not a professional approach. That said, good location.
