"Worst premier inn, I've ever stayed in."
Location was brilliant. But this place was so dirty and neglected I wore long pyjamas and socks to bed.
On arrival the person checking us in couldn't even tell us which of our 2 rooms was the double. There were 2 people per room and we were given one key per room without an offer of a second key.
It was quiet (apart from somebody on speaker phone in the bar).
Carparking was a nightmare. We arrived in the middle of the night the carpark shutters were down, so we park in carpark opposite. Turns out you had to press the intercom to get in to the premier inn car park, but we couldn't see that on arrival - a light over the intercom would have been helpful. Just a warning the carpark across from the hotel is 24hrs maximum.

"Great value for money."
Great location to get to the beach. Superfriendly staff. Breakfast was definitely value for money with good choice of English Breakfast items. Clean room with air-conditioning was a big plus.

"Avoid at all costs"
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
We booked 2 rooms for a family weekend away and it was the worst premier Inn we have ever stayed at and we stay at a fair few all over the country.
Room 1 , mouldy, damp, fixtures hanging of the walls, dusty , dirty.
Room 2 severe leak from the toilet , moudly , smelly , damp and dirty and the air conditioning unit so noisy we couldn’t have it on.
When we approached the hotel manager ( who goes by the name of Jamie )we were shocked at how Rude, abrupt, unpleasant and unprofessional he was .He refused to do anything about anything asking us what we wanted him to do about it and shouting and us infront of our children.
We ended up dealing with the leak and the flood ourselves with towels.
If I could give this hotel a 0 I would. And we would never stay here again. I strongly recommend premier inn refurb this hotel as a matter of urgency and send the staff for training.

"Disappointed Frequent Customers"
The hotel room had quite a few issues; damp smell, broken toilet and plaster, marked bedding, fuzzy telly, mold, cobwebs.

"Spend a bit more and go to premier in west cliff instead"
GPS took to another hotel further down on Christchurch road. Poor signage and took 20 mins to find car park and entrance to hotel... the student accomodations next to it had much better signage.
We booked 2 rooms, weren't clean, informed staff, still werent cleaned the next morning. Sink leaked too.
Breakfast was limited and some items werent being refilled.
Wouldn't go back again, would pay more and stay in premier inn west cliff.. worth the extra £30 a night.
