"Disappointing food, very limited dinner menu"
The room was fine and the location good for buses. But the much-advertised 'new menu meal deal' was very disappointing. On the first night all salads, all pizzas and the special vegtarian dish were 'off' (the veggie because, staff said, there was 'no hummus'). The following night was equally bad. And no hummus again. Apparently, staff told us, beause they cannot order or purchase missing items between deliveries! That must have happened with the bananas at breakfast, which turned out to be so old they were self-peeling and gooey inside.

Frightening lift experience and though sympathetic, staff had no official procedure in place for recording the incident. Worrying lack of regard for heath and safety of customers from Senior Premier Inn Management.
Woeful lack of any meaningful compensation from Guest-Relations team.
Hotel is clean and in a good location but seems understaffed. No mushrooms or non-dairy spread available, very disappointed as we paid for full breakfast and don't eat dairy so had dry toast!

"Stay with my partner for a works thing"
Stayed at this Premier Inn while attending a works party. Really easy automatic check in and parking underground. Comfy beds, pretty quiet at night. Friendly staff when we checked out. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment on that, was purely just somewhere to sleep after/before a 5hr drive. I’ll probably stay here when i’m next down south. No complaints. Thank you

"One night stop over."
Even though the hotel looks very tired and dates from the outside it cannot be more different inside. With helpful friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. We can highly recommend the meal deal. Very good value for money. It also had one of the best hotel beds i have selpt in. We will certainly be back.
