      "Amazing stay in May"
      I stayed here on two separate nights, and both experiences were absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Nikol, the hotel manager—one of the best I’ve ever met. Her professionalism and warmth really stood out and made my stay even better.
      "Good location but let down by unprofessional staff"
      A well-located hotel just on the edge of Bournemouth town centre and easily accessible by road. Very pleasant and modern surroundings. My only criticism would be of some staff, for whom any basic request was a massive effort. On several occasions we saw members of staff pulling faces behind the backs of other customers and laughing later, so not a professional approach. That said, good location.
      "A good spot to arrive in Bournmouth on a cycle tour"
      Went for a cycle tour to Bournmouth, and stayed at East Cliff Premier Inn. Our cycle group always pick Premier Inn for our cycle tours because Premier Inn allows cycles to be kept in the rooms which is a huge benefit. Location was great, easy walk to the centre and beach front. Its an impressive building with about 10 floors I think. Pros: Good central location Comfy beds, TV, Coffee and Tea facilities all good Breakfast is EXCELLENT TV and Wifi are good Good views, could see the sea! Could do better for: Bathroom floor was very dusty and cannot have been mopped Rowdy and sweary stag do in the lobby off putting Check in machines didnt work, so only one lady trying to deal with a big queue Some rubbish and littering outside the front of the hotel wasnt a great look. Bournmouth seems to have quite a litter problem.
      "VERY GOOD! I recommend it."
      It is not a expensive hotel, but it was very clean and bed was very comfy. I sometimes have a little back pain, but I always woke very rested and without feeling any backpain. Very friendly staff, and room was always very clean. I was surprised how much value I got since it is a cheap hotel.

      Welcoming receptionist called ‘Ayse’ (who did several jobs), led a team of hard working staff. Immaculately clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff very accommodating to our needs. Staff very helpful. It is our third time at this hotel. Each time we visit we are satisfied with the quality of service.
