      Lovely hotel, dinner was great and so was breakfast. Ayse one of the managers was great. She was so helpful with the parking and booking us in for dinner. She was amazing doing the bar, reception and restaurant juggling so many things. She is a real hospitality worker. She went above and beyond. Thanks east cliff…

      Avoid, staff rude, staff shut the bar when ever they like, management don't care, mediocre food and rooms need refreshing as paint is peeling and just looks dirty

      One of the best premier inns I've stayed in, The manager Ayse was fantastic. She made us all feel welcome and made conversation with all of us including the little ones. She was kind and helpful and absolutely hilarious. What a wonderful woman. Thank you East cliff for a great stay. :)

      We arrived to the hotel on Friday to be welcomed by Nicole and Ola on the reception. They both been super helpful and friendly with your children offering them stickers and chatting with them about our plans. It was such a nice welcome. We've been allocated on the 10th floor where we had some glimpses towards the sea. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the aircon made such a difference. Following morning we had breakfast in the restaurant, it was quite busy but the food was nice and definitely worth with kids eats for free. The hotel is conveniently located close to the sea front and also to Asda which we found helpful. Thank you again for great stay!
