"Excellent business stay"
I stay away a lot and don’t usually bother with reviews but…this stay was a stand out for a few reasons. The main stand out was that the food in the restaurant is very good and amazingly good value. I’ve eaten a lot worse for a lot . more ££££. Service was friendly. Josh has everything under control and seemed to work 24 hours a day. The experience was what you would expect from a much pricier hotel. Even had a bath. I paid for the dinner breakfast meal which again is very good value. It’s annoying to have to pay extra for parking and decent wifi but the overall deal is still very good. Recommended

"No staff, awful service."
No staff, service was awful - don't even try having dinner there.
At one point people were taking furniture from the bar area to their room, nobody there to stop them.

We love , The premier inn , East cliff, this is our 2nd stay here, we have stayed in many premier Inn's in Bournemouth, but this is the best one by far.
Fab on location, nice walk to town and beach.
Clean, spacious rooms,comfortable beds , with all the essentials provided . All the staff were Friendly and welcoming, fab breakfast, and bar area, perfect for couples, families and single occupancy.
We are already looking at dates for our next stay.

Booked two rooms for three nights over Easter. No fault could be found. Young lady in Reception was calm, efficient, professional. Rooms beautifully presented....well done, cleaning team! Did not eat in, but sure the high standards extended to food, also. Notice in Reception ensured your room was the desired temperature. Ours were.....unlike some Premier Inns where we have had in the past to request a refund. This was a very pleasant stay in a well maintained, spacious, modern building....and at a reasonable price.
