    "Hotel good, parking fiasco"
Hotel usual good standard. Parking a fiasco. Separate car park short distance away from hotel. On foot entrance to car park, no one in reception to buzz the door open, I had to walk back to the hotel and walk around until I found a member of staff. Had to wait a far while for the car park entry gate to be raised to get the car in, no one in reception to buzz open the gate. Queue on exit to car park. The car park is £10 per night, however one night the car park was full, so I had to park in another car park and pay again. After all this I wanted a beer or two at the hotel bar, but no one available to serve me at all.
"poor air circulation and dust everywhere"
While the room was equipped with air conditioning, I was unfortunately unable to use it beyond the first few days due to a significant asthma flare-up. The air became extremely dry, and I experienced several nights of severe coughing, resulting in vomiting and minimal sleep. It took time to identify the air conditioning as the trigger, but once I did, I noticed the ceiling filter near the door was visibly coated in dust. When I used the hairdryer, this dust was dispersed throughout the room, further aggravating my symptoms. For guests with respiratory conditions, this presents a serious health concern. I would strongly urge Premier Inn to review its maintenance procedures, particularly regarding air conditioning units and filter cleanliness. Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment should be a priority, and I hope steps are taken to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
    "Good"
Overall good experience, nice and clean, staff very friendly and welcoming. Good car park price. Bathroom had a strange smell but not strange enough to change rooms.
    "Nightmare Check in!"
I waited over an hour to be check in. Upon arrival they said to me no rooms are available, even though I booked way in advance. After I complained saying I can’t go to a different hotel a room appeared out of thin air! Isn’t that great. After fussing for an hour they finally tried to give me a key card but the machine wasn’t working. I then wasted another 30 mins for a key card! They took me to my room but told me I had to come back downstairs to get the card and it still wasn’t working! It took so long to get to my room, worst service and unapologetic. I also felt very vulnerable as a female travelling solo and having to wait that long.
    "Value for money"
Great value for money. Walking distance to beach, shops and activities. Easy check in and out system. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and accomodating staff.
