Please note that the car park is owned and managed by Torbay Council. They have allocated a number of Premier Inn spaces located at the very rear of the car park, which can be accessed via the barrier at the top far end.

The car park lift is currently out of service. This is owned and operated by Torbay Council. Premier Inn does not own or maintain this lift.

"Amazing experience"
What a great meal I have just had , the service was first class, Andrew Mcmahon was the finest front of house you could ever meet, very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Although I only had fish and chips the food was hot and freshly cooked and we did not have to wait. The waitress was very attentive without being overwhelming, the view was great looking out over Torquay harbour. The restaurant was clean and quiet, and the price was on the mark . This hotel is a must and it’s a nice distance from the noise of the town, but not too far to walk.
"Gluten free confidence."
We turned up a little early and was offered a £15 payment to check in, a little excessive but we declined and waited. Checking was quick and easy and the room was very clean. We had breakfast and as a coeliac I was well catered for. First I was given an allergy menu and the waitress explained how she could help me. Rather than using the buffet I ordered what I want and it was cooked fresh. I felt very comfortable with their knowledge of cross contamination. The only downside to the hotel is the parking/lift problems which seemed to have been going on for quite some time regarding the previous reviews. A hotel is quite a hill so anybody that is really disabled would have a problem.
"Great stay."
Great stay at this hotel. Good location for town and beach. Clean and well designed. Breakfast was good but does get busy. Reasonably priced if have children. Staff helpful.
"A great weekend at Premier Inn Torquay Harbour"
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very well cooked, was tasty, and plentiful even though it was very busy particularly on Saturday morning
"Might be a new hotel but has a long way to go."
A new hotel with a car park they share with Torbay Council who operate a lift that doesn't work. A major problem and one that they need to sort out with the council. Staff in short supply and not very helpful I've stayed in many Premier Inn's and this by far was the worst its badly managed and stark are not helpful. The dining area not cleared quickly enough food poor quality and bar service even worse. Tried one meal on arrival and two breakfasts then gave up eat and drank out as can be seen from our bill. The rooms are to the standard you would expect Premier inn rooms to be so that part of the stay was ok. A lot of work needs to bring this new Inn up to Prmier Standards.
