    "Great place to base from if your travelling around Devon"
    Bathroom let it down kept smelling urine. Think it was from the stack ?? Had to keep cleaning it Other than that it is a great place nice little town and staff were always nice to talk to and extremely helpful

    Had a lovely time locally, a member of the staff was rude and discourtious but a gentleman named Elliot sorted all issues for us and without complaint, excellent staff member. Room was tidy and Elliot sorted our other room issues.

    Our stay was just OK. It was clean and convenient. Annoying that the windows are all sealed closed. Who wants no fresh air atall in their bedroom at night? mmm can't think of anyone.

    Reception and restaurant staff were great , friendly approachable and helpful . Housekeeping needs to be revisited . Hallways not properly vaccines and whilst beds made with clean laundry , room not very clean , ? Chocolate on TV remote control , bathroom bin not emptied and food rubbish in drawer under hanging rail or would definitely have scored higher . Didn't raise at time was late in evening when we noticed and only staying one night. Room 202 if hotel interested in checking Food was good standard and warm with plenty of selection.

    It was a very nice stay the staff were pleasant & helpful . The food was freshly cooked and good . The only downside was that i paid £5 a day for premium wi-fi and was unable to connect to it during my 3 day stay . I even gave my phone to one of the staff to try & she couldnt connect it either . But apart from that it was brill.
