"Very poor"
Restaurant closed for evening meal so had to eat at a local pub over a mile away. Breakfast hot buffet was overcooked and inedible.

"Avoid , like the rest of Seaton bad"
This PremierInn looks like a prison almost in Tescos carpark. Dark and dingy inside and not the usual spotless. Checked in had a cuppa then went out for walk.Came back expecting dinner , ' not doing today' well thanks for telling us!!
Breakfast was not good either. Rational oven covered everything with black carbon. Sent eggs back. Sorry Premier Inn but not your best effort except for the lovely girl on duty in evening who had to deal with everyone who wanted dinner!

"Unfriendly staff and unclean rooms"
Very expensive for the actual service you get. The room smelled bad (like sweat and feet) and was very dirty. Bedding seemed clean but that's about it.
Almost all staff were unhelpful and not kind. One member of cleaning team was nice.
Breakfast process was unclear. Parking fee seemed unnecessary. Air con is not actually air con - does not go lower than 19 degrees. Shower gel had been topped up with water due to stinginess and so was basically useless.

"Chloe saved our trip."
I booked this hotel for a two night break. As my wife is disabled I booked an accessible room, unfortunately, on arrival we realised we had made a huge mistake. The bed was very low, which is good for wheelchair users but no good at all for my wife. I immediately went to the reception to explain the situation. The hotel was almost full but the amazing Chloe managed to find us a more suitable room. She delt with the situation in a cheerful and professional manner and really saved our trip as without the room change we would have had to return home. Thank you Chloe for coming to our rescue.

"Another poor experience"
It takes quite a lot for me to leave a negative review but after several disappointing experiences I feel compelled to do so. I regularly use Premier Inn for both business and family trips and generally find them to be very good with well meaning staff. By contrast my experience in Seaton is consistently poor. It always seems to be understaffed which is presumably why they seem consistently hassled and stressed. Several times we have felt like an inconvenience and been reluctant to ask for help or given brusk responses. I do feel sympathy for the staff but they need some decent management and training in hospitality and working under any sort of pressure. The dining area simply isn’t big enough particularly on holidays and weekends leading to queues and half of the breakfast items being unavailable at any given time. The rooms often seem to have a strange odour and this time half the light bulbs were out and a curtain was ripped. The building seems to have aged incredibly quickly and feels in need in need of some tlc. We have raised issues before but this time we simply couldn’t be bothered. On the positive side it is relatively cheap and convenient but would only recommend using it for a room - check yourself in on the terminal and definitely eat elsewhere!
