"Disappointing visit"
The room was the standard Premier Inn room, with a comfy bed.
But when booking we also look for a meal on site, only to be told on check iin that the restaurant was closed, which was happening more and more.
It s not what we expect from Premier Inn

"Calm comfy standard"
Went for my husbands 40th birthday. A premier Inn is pretty standard. Clean rooms, comfy bed, good breakfast. Quiet area.
Special shout out to Karen who helped us at breakfast time with our allergy child. Had info on hand really easily, checked things we asked and made it seem like no big deal while keeping him completely safe.

"Good location for the money and that's it."
Location of the hotel is really good. Close to the see, Tesco and town centre. All in one place.The only minus what I experienced was the room as it wasn't clean. There was a lot of mould on the tiles surface under the shower also you were able to notice that the floor wasn't vacuumed.

Great location near the beach and Tesco. There is not really anywhere to sit and chill in the evening. I had a ground floor room which was basic but ok. Cleanliness could have been better with labels from previous guest still on the bathroom floor, and a few stones on the carpet. The quilt cover was torn but clean Bathroom was clean enough but the worrying things was the shower door which took me all my strength to open. I did not bother closing it again and just did a hand shower ..
Overall, for £125 a night I would have expected a bit more.. the staff were very good and could not have done enough and because of that I would prob return

"Feel like I have been conned."
Yet again Premier Inn charged for a meal deal knowing the restaurant was closed. They took my money for something when they knew they could not deliver - in the real world that is known as fraud. This is the third time this has happened so wonder if it is company policy so as to aid cash flow. Still waiting for the refund - I have to pay immediately when I book yet they say they cannot immediately refund me. Told I would have a free breakfast but charged £11.99 for that. I feel conned.
