"Visiting relatives"
Location is good. Everything else about our stay was not. One person for reception,bar, restaurant 𫣠our food was ready on the pass and we waited and waited in the end my husband went to get it himself prompting the one person to come over and deliver it to our table. NO APOLOGY!!!! and the food was dire. We won't be staying there again. This was not our first visit and we'd noticed the service steadily declined over the past 2 years.

"Wouldnât stay here again"
You expect consistency with Premier Inn, but this one in Seaton didnât deliver that.
No chef on site, so evening service was cancelled. Breakfast was disorganised, with items missing throughout.
The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and noise from the room above carried badly.
Charging for parking in a large adjacent car park also feels unnecessary and poor form.

"Not for us unless standards change"
Location not bad for those exploring the area
Generally a very quite and in need of a more seaside town experiance putting back into the town
Rooms very sparse with limited are to sit
Value not to bad
Cleanliness ok but not over the top and very tired in some areas
Noise level loads of tip toes signed but some children do like to get away with stamping their feet and jumping up and down on room above us so very annoying when trying to rest
Service som staff need retrain in people management
In general beware of the seagulls using you car for their own toilet

"Disgusting, dirty hotel"
Donât ever stay at Premier Inn Seaton Devon. Dirty, dated hotel. Black hairs in the bath of our family room, rock hard lumpy bed, rusty soap dispensers, smelt of cigarettes and was very musky. Aircon cut out during the night due to issues apparently behind reception, hardly any staff, filthy tables for breakfast on both days, dirty plates at hot food counter and cracks, peeling paint, bashed up walls in the room. Complained to Premier Inn and refusing any refund and playing down all the issues saying I didnât do enough during my stay to highlight the issues to staff. It was meant to be a family break not running round trying to find staff and take pictures every two seconds of the dirty hotel.
Disgusted with Premier Inn customer service, tried offering a refund of ÂŁ21 for the breakfast and told me I didnât give them the opportunity to make things right. It was meant to be a relaxing family stay, I am not a hotel critic documenting evening with my phone, or chasing non existent staff. These issues are basic things that every hotel should manage. I think Premier Inn needs to desperately check and review their standards.

"Disappointing"
Disappointing stay, had a connecting door in our room which meant we could hear every word of every conversation the people next door had, which presumably meant they could hear us too. They had run out of milk cartons for rooms, gave us milk in a jug instead which went off within an hour.
You cannot open windows in room so no fresh air. Room was clean but very shabby.
Breakfast chaotic, poorly presented, no surfaces wiped or kept clean, toasters do not toast. Juices empty. Limited choice at best. Ran out of milk during breakfast! How can that happen?
Whole place in need of a refurbishment.
