"Good in every way!"
Warm & friendly welcome. All areas very clean - good to have air conditioning. Plenty of extra tea/coffee & fresh milk provided on request. Extra pillows provided.
Lovely friendly staff - nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Appreciated late checkout time. Car parking charged extra but good value & very convenient.
Close to town centre & lovely beach.

"Convenient and relaxing"
This hotel is very well positioned in Seaton - just across the road from the sea (although you don't quite get a sea view) and within an easy walk from the town centre (such as that is!) it's comfortable, relaxing and - wonderful at the moment - fully air conditioned. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed at this premier inn for two nights. Each morning we had a cooked breakfast on the first morning there was no black pudding and no sausages. The second morning there were sausages but no black pudding!!!! Today still the second morning we had to ask for orange juice, milk and sliced bread. When the bread came it was straight from the freezer. There also no clean teaspoons. Are the staff not trained to look at what needs filling up? Or do they only fill items up when residents ask for them. (Cost cutting?) I suspect.
Please don't answer the staff had been too busy to fill things up as we were in the resturant for sometime and guess what it wasn't that busy.
We have stayed in many Premier inn hotels and these were by far the worst breakfasts we have ever had. Management please take note. .

"Restaurant is so ill organised"
This is a very large PremierInn in a decent location. Given its large size the restaurant is so small and lacks any organisation from the few staff on duty. Our first day was dreadful so we went earlier next day but it was even worse. I could post pictures of every thing that was wrong but this one picture tells it all!
