"Poor stay."
Good location, but poor Premier Inn. Good service from the receptionist on arrival, but down hill from that point.
Room could have been cleaner, was stuffy as no air in room whole stay. Bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable.
We stayed three nights and were unable to eat there in the evenings as only pre-booked evening meals available or restaurant completely closed due to staff shortages. As not many places to eat in the evening in Seaton we ended up buying sandwiches from Tesco.
Lots of food and drinks offer posters all over the walls in the Premier Inn, but NONE available! Disappointing stay. We will not be returning.

"Poor. Disinterested. Understaffed."
Staff disinterested. Had to wait absolutely ages to be seated in the restaurant on a meal deal. I stay in Premier Inns all the time for work trips and this is by far the worst I’ve stayed in for a very long while. They’re usually very reliable and you know what you’re going to get. The staff seemed more interested in flirting with other guests than providing a level of service that would be expected. Only 2 staff working for both the restaurant and check-in so I am not surprised with the low levels of engagement. Premier Inn, provide more staff

"Don’t bother staying here"
Won’t be staying here again, by far the worse premiere inn to exist and ever be stayed in, on arrival, pay for a carpark just to had loads of seagulls poo everywhere, no deterants or covers, self service check in, what is this for the price paid per night I expect a proper staffed check in, vending machine out of order so had to walk to Tesco for water, rude receptionist when they appeared and asked about parking they threw a printed receipt of parking on the desk and said scan that outside, room was very dirty water dripping down door and on picture frames, vents full of dirt and lint, can’t open windows, woke up with back pain and headaches. Breakfast, don’t bother if you want to lay in a little 0945, no continental left just a couple slices of bread, no clean mugs had to find a paper towel go cup, tables not cleared and dirt plates and crumbs all over most, hot food, well not hot and probably been out for awhile and self service again for the price paid, not again thank you. Only positive was on checking out and complaining the female member of staff that dealt with us was patient, polite and very understanding of the problems faced and issued a full refund. Relative is part of this community so I’m sure word will be spread to not stay here until it’s improved.

"Birthday Weekend"
Been here several times before but this time the hotel room looked tired especially the bathroom. Mould in the shower. Definitely needs a refurb. We arrived and no one at reception so we just used machine to check in. Came down for dinner, still no one. Then someone did eventually come and told us, you need to book for dinner! Not in a friendly way. Anyway, she got us a table in the almost empty restaurant. Dinner was fine. I just think there aren't enough staff and the ones that are there that we saw, looked miserable, not happy in their job at all. Apart from the chef. He was very obliging and happy. All in all, very dissapointed with this visit. Hey ho 🤷♀️

"Windows can't be opened"
Windows do not open; I find this worrying. They see there is constant flow of air.
I may have to change my choice of hotel in the future.
This is the second Premier Inn I have used with this problem.
