"Restaurant is so ill organised"
This is a very large PremierInn in a decent location. Given its large size the restaurant is so small and lacks any organisation from the few staff on duty. Our first day was dreadful so we went earlier next day but it was even worse. I could post pictures of every thing that was wrong but this one picture tells it all!

"Not the usual standard expected of a Premier Inn!"
We have no complaints whatsoever regarding the comfort of the room. The restaurant however, or the management running it, needs some serious attention! On our first evening meal we were advised by the waiter that there was no fish, no tikka, no gammon steak (which presumably meant no mixed grill) and no lettuce which would have excluded salads! I was also served a warm DoomBar beer which I sent back for a cold one, only to be told they had just restocked the fridge (it had one DoomBar beer in it!). Due to the limited choice, I had a burger and chips - the burger was ok but the chips were cold so I didn't eat many. On the second evening, again we were told there was no fish and again there was no cold DoomBar beers! This time I opted for a sirloin steak again with chips, which this time were at the right temperature, but the steak I ordered to be medium was well done so was tough! As we all like condiments with our chips it took searching on three neighbouring table for salt, vinegar and brown sauce! Of two bottles of vinegar, I managed a dribble from one and from the brown sauce I barely managed a squeeze of sauce! At this point, you may be asking, why didn't I address these issues with the staff - they were not readily available! Having said all this, the staff were very friendly and helpful but were let down by the kitchen staff and whoever is responsible for the stocking of the bar!
We have stayed in many Premier Inns throughout the country but overall, this was our worst experience of a Premier Inn we have had and it was the most expensive! Will I be back - NO!

"Guest Services extremely poor"
Only one staff member working at breakfast. Broken coffee machine, no hot food at 8.15am, slow replenishment of continental breakfast items. All due to lack of staff. I requested a refund via Guest Services so not to add to the stress of the ONLY member of staff working. This was denied as the policy is to discuss it with staff at the time. The poor lady working was overwhelmed. Guest Services refused to accept that a complaint at the time to her was not appropriate.

"Very poor"
Restaurant closed for evening meal so had to eat at a local pub over a mile away. Breakfast hot buffet was overcooked and inedible.

"Avoid , like the rest of Seaton bad"
This PremierInn looks like a prison almost in Tescos carpark. Dark and dingy inside and not the usual spotless. Checked in had a cuppa then went out for walk.Came back expecting dinner , ' not doing today' well thanks for telling us!!
Breakfast was not good either. Rational oven covered everything with black carbon. Sent eggs back. Sorry Premier Inn but not your best effort except for the lovely girl on duty in evening who had to deal with everyone who wanted dinner!
