Plymouth East hotel

Easy to get to- especially after the long drive down from Wales , easy to park , Supermarket across the road although they also do meals and breakfast at the hotel itself . Cassidy on the desk was very welcoming and helpful and i had a good chat with her whilst booking in which is always a good sign of a well run establishment in that the staff have time to talk to you. Very happy with the hotel and the staff and the lovely Cassidy .

Came here after a long journey for 2 nights and ordered meal deals for the on-site restaurant. Had a twin room which we requested. Lot of noise from traffic which disturb some sleep but ok. Decided to shut window for Saturday night which made it better. Would come here again if in area.

Lovely hotel - local to absolutely everything or a small drive. There is a big Sainsbury’s across the road which came in super handy we could walk to it with no troubles. The hotel was lovely and clean (Thanks Emma) and the staff were all friendly and helpful. When we arrived the children had a tube of bubbles and a chocolate bar each on their bed and we had some chocolate biscuits (thank you Tasha) that was a lovely surprise and the kids absolutely loved them. The rooms were spacious and clean and well thought out. I think the only thing which would have improved the room would be to have a mini fridge in there as we had no where to store our daughters bottles but wasn’t the end of the world… just a suggestion for family rooms especially. The hotel was lovely and quiet and although not far from a main road there wasn’t any noise even with the window open and we were on the bottom floor. Great value for money, we paid for breakfast which was great! The food was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the blueberry muffins but there is a large variety of food and they catered for adults as well as kids. We stayed 3 nights and you could definitely have something different for breakfast every morning. Would definitely recommend and glad we chose to stay at this hotel. If we were ever to visit Plymouth again we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

Really modern room, very comfortable. I arrived long before check in time and Dulcie was very friendly and kindly helped me sort an early check in so I could get ready for the wedding I was attending an hour later. Had a very comfortable sleep before my return travel the next day.
