    "Bad experience"
Front of counter staff flippant when she appeared ,said nothing about hot water being turned of 10 am in the morning ,are sleep was broken several times in the night and early morning as we were next to Fire door in corridor needed looking at .had breakfast by 9.45 went to have shower at 10 05 no hot water went down stairs to be shown a sigh saying hot water was being turned of at 10 am I asked when they new they would be turning the water of the manger said 12 o’clock last night the manger said it was a leak on the sign it said upgrade see attachment
    "Way below par"
This is an ex travel inns from 95. No sound proofing in the corridors. Seems like a creche in the corridor. No soft close doors. I should've booked a travelodge. Low water pressure. I booked a ground floor room as far away from reception. That was actually honoured. But there were still a flight of stairs, so I asked to not go that far and now I'm dealing with noise. When I book ground floor I expect no stairs. Please state if you have split levels on the ground floor. Overall? Fu##ing shocking. AVOID!! I write this as I listen to doors still Banging. Premier Inn. Give yourselves a f##ing shake and raise your bar to be a standard across the bar
    "Banging fire door-disturbed sleep"
If you stay at Premier Inn's Plymouth East Hotel I suggest that you refuse room 101 if offered this one. I stayed one night on 19th September 2025. My sleep was disturbed regularly due to a banging fire door at the top of stairs to the first floor. Having had a tiring journey to Plymouth due to closure of the M5 road (two accidents) and diversion on to very congested local roads, I went to bed at 9.45pm but was repeatedly disturbed by the fire door. I eventually got up and raised the issue with reception and was told that hotel was full and no alternative room was available. I did eventually get to sleep when other guests had settled in their rooms! The only other negative issue was low water pressure in shower. Breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater was good, standard Premier Inn but good with fresh, well presented items.
    "Excellent"
Excellent hotel and in a pleasant location. Facilities and staff are very good and Kirsty on reception was superb and made us feel very welcome
    "Great service"
Amazing staff and service 👏! We were greeted with a smile and attended to all our request as we had children with us. We enjoyed everything that the hotel offered. The place was clean and tidy.
