    "Great service"
Amazing staff and service 👏! We were greeted with a smile and attended to all our request as we had children with us. We enjoyed everything that the hotel offered. The place was clean and tidy.
"Good stop over for the ferry."
We arrived rather late with our young children, the receptionist could see our children were tired so she got us checked in as quickly as possible & even offered to help with our luggage as we had our hands full. I then realised i needed some milk for my baby's bottle, this was not an issue Kirsty went above and beyond and got us some milk from the Beefeater next door,She even gave us a colouring book and crayons for the next morning, We thought this was exceptional customer service. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, with a cot set up ready for us. Thank you for a great stay Premier inn!
    "Sad"
Complaints.....Need to have enough water pressure to enable customers to wash their hair and shower properly, Improve water pressure and not to be told stories when complained to front desk 'of engineers coming to sort on 14th August', not have workmen working and chatting from 8am/8.30am ish in corridor outside room and using room next to us as storage for workmen stuff etc, not to have fire alarms going off and having to evacuate twice in 1 night as "false alarms" (1st time apparently someones shower steam set it all off and 2nd time unknown but told false alarm). Emergency Alarm company called after 2nd time to look at alarm system for a fault apparently. The shower setting the alarm off was miraculous considering both our rooms (2 and 3) didn't have enough water pressure to have a proper shower let alone hair wash or provide enough steam to set alarm off. After calling Premier Inn complaint department to complain about these problems all they could do was apologise, very poor customer service indeed considering we use Premier Inn regularly and this particular stay cost us more than ÂŁ1500 for 2 rooms for 7 nights. Likes.... Friendly staff, comfortable beds, convenient location for our requirements and needs.
    "3 day trip"
We had a family room which was a lovely size but Didn’t sleep due to sons bed being rock solid and having to sleep on the end put ours all 3 nights during a very hot weekend with 1 fan between the 4 of us in a big room. Spoke to reception the first morning and all they could do it give us an extra quilt. The shower barely dribbled out, no remote for the tv. The breakfast next door was really good just a shame when it come to the evening meal my son’s chicken Burger was pink inside but they were very helpful at sorting this for us. I have filled in a contact form to premier inn and am still waiting a response.
    "Service with a smile"
Pretty hard to get to using the sat nav on such a busy roundabout in the dark. Once we arrived there was a huge car park which was free which is a huge selling point when choosing which premier inn to stay at. We was greeted by Kirsty on reception who was friendly and helpful, she engaged with our children and offered them bubbles, they loved it. The room was spotlessly clean, although there was no hand soap and no toilet roll. We spoke to kirsty who apologised explained the housekeepers had a very busy day and must have missed this, and she sorted it for us immediately. I would come back to this hotel again just for the great customer service!
