"Great location, reliable quality"
A small group of us spent a very pleasant couple of nights at Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour) during a very hot spell in June. On arrival, we were quickly processed and went to our rooms, which were lovely and cool thanks to the air conditioning. Parking was simple, albeit you have to pay £9 per night - but that's not bad within the overall costs of a stay. The room was typical Premier Inn: clean, spacious, big TV and even bigger bed (no Lenny Henry). Saturday night was a bit pricey, but pick your times and the deals are good. We also stopped on a Sunday night and it was a real bargain. Easy walk into the Barbican area for bars and restaurants, via the harbour bridge.
"Lovely jubbly"
Staff, rooms, food & location I found were excellent, the staff not thing you need to take on board is you have to pay for parking £9 for 24 hours that aside we had a lovely time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again !
"Brilliant AC !"
The AC was brilliant, we didn't feel the heat wave! the pillows could do with a new ones, as the one we had were flat and very firm.
"The Corrs 2025"
From arrival, we were greeted by a lovely male reception staff member who was so helpful withdirectionstovThe Hoe ..didn't get his name. Unfortunately the lifts were out of order but didn't impact on our stay. Room comfortable as most Premier Inns are. Breakfast, again, everything as expected. All the staff we encountered during our stay were polite, courteous & helpful . Fantastic base for exploring Plymouth..near the Aquarium, The Hoe, Barbican & more ❤️
"Birthday celebrations"
Highly recommend staying at Premier Inn Sutton Harbour. Staff went above and beyond for you, we arrived early and the staff said our rooms were ready so we were able to book in early. Once they knew it was my birthday they quickly sent up a gift (2 bottles of wine) and a card which was so kind of them 😊. The room looked over the harbour which was even better, lovely comfortable bed and good facilities. We normally stay here twice a year and will remain to do so, thankyou for a lovely stay ❤️
