"Great hotel in very good location!"
Great location with good views. Executive rooms spacious and had fab coffee machine. Very convenient for Sutton Harbour and the Barbican. Staff were very helpful. Special mention to Reece for great service in the bar.

We like this hotel as the staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful to our family of 5. Nice n clean , basic hotel could do with lick of paint on outside . Air conditioning in rooms was nice . Could do with a few more cups in each room . On the whole pleased , just had a great breakfast .

Breakfast Staff adi, Dexter and jordana where really keeping up with the service. They always asking if we was ok from topping up the continental coffee machine and taking orders. We really appreciated being told that there might be a little late because the chef has a lot of checks on which means a lot to us because we could’ve have been waiting for a while but nope the food come out great, again the gf option was ok could do with more. Seems more staff in the mornings than in the evening but boys last night did us proud too, thank you great location good nights sleep and amazing team we will return soon
"Olly and his team Friday 22nd pm service"
Olly and his colleague worked extremely hard last night to give us a great dinner experience. We could see they was busy so we just let them do what they was doing and it was lovely. They did there check backs and really helped by changing my daughters pudding for me, there knowledge of the menu and drinks menu was really good - thank you guys The gf burger was cooked to perfection the pizza was lovely too Shame we are only staying for one night as we really enjoyed the evening service here
