Thank you to Reece and Kerry for making our stay amazing at the weekend we really enjoyed it and had a lovely breakfast will definitely be coming again
"Not a premier night’s sleep"
Parking was an issue which was very quickly resolved by a member of staff who moved his vehicle to a one of the many empty disabled spots and gave me his parking lot. Understaffed had to wait and eventually find one of the 2 working members in the busy restaurant/bar area to get checked in. The lift was not working we were checked into to 2nd floor so luggage was hauled up the stairs by my son and I. Bar / restaurant area was not clean tables were not clean. Floor was sticky as were the tabletops. Family room with no working air conditioning unit on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Shower was weak and tepid temperature. Bar staff on the evening were doing the best they could but clearly not trained to operate in a hotel service environment. Did not stay for breakfast. Disappointed with the experience because I have used this chain before.
"Great stay, but extra night cost so high"
Would have stayed longer, but the cost were so high, almost £200 for a Monday night. Such a pity, we moved to another hotel in the town.
"Okay"
Room was very clean bed very comfortable and staff helpful. However the place could do with a touch up. But was very disappointed with the breakfast we booked so they knew we were coming but there was no juices in the jugs No butters and they didn’t have enough cooked sausages to fill our order. When staff were asked about drinks and butter they were replaced but this I feel is something that should be kept an eye on.
"great location, very poor experience"
Poor service, extremely uncomfortable bed and a broken lift throughout the entire three day visit and we were on the third floor. No offer of assistance
