Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour) hotel

Excellent location, decent sized and priced car park, usual reliable Premier Inn quality. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the air conditioning was welcome in the recent hot weather. Lovely touch of a thank you note and a box of Ferrero Rocher in the bedroom!

Great location with everything well within walking distance, for example the hoe and the aquarium. The room was very clean and tidy. The air con worked very well, as did the tv. The staff were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be going there again.

Having traveled from Bristol Airport after a long flight we were looking forward to our stay here in Plymouth. Unfortunately the family room wasn’t given at check in till the following day meaning a large shift of heavy bags. The reception was unmanned as 2 staff were trying to run the bar, restaurant and reception at the same time. The food was a joke the starter laughable at £7.79 and the replacement was 4 dried small chicken wings, main course cold due to the length of time to receive. Have photos which are enclosed. The car park states pay on departure but this would get you a ticket so luckily we paid on arrival. The wait in the restaurant was over an hour due to staff shortage. The key fob machine was broken so had to wait some time before we could relocate rooms. All in all a very bad experience. Credit to the 2 staff Charlotte and Hash who were running around trying their best very helpful but unfortunately couldn’t manage the work load. The chef well I would be embarrassed to serve such shocking food.

We returned to Sutton Harbour for our yearly vacation. We stay here as the rooms are lovely,the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the food is amazing. Mash and Charlotte looked after our every need and Mash even helped my husband choose me a nice surprise bottle of red.All the staff here are amazing and I would recommend adding the meal deal to your stay as the choice of menu is amazing and they cater for me as a plant based diner. Thanks for making our stay a great one Mash and Charlotte and the team and see your in 2027.

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times. Hotel it's self is in a good location. For Plymouth Town center. The hotel has a lift to all floors. The room we had on the top floor was big nice and clean. With a big bath shower. It had a big telivision. Kettle , comfortable big bed. Towels. The hotel is wheelchair accessible everywhere. It has a good restaurant. The food was good. On my last day came down for breakfast at 9.45only to be told they close at ten o'clock and said we could not come in. But we did becouas we already paid. But the lady behind us with her blind husband was not aloud in. Wich I thought was terrible. In hine sight I should have given them my place. Jim
