"Okay"
Room was very clean bed very comfortable and staff helpful. However the place could do with a touch up. But was very disappointed with the breakfast we booked so they knew we were coming but there was no juices in the jugs No butters and they didn’t have enough cooked sausages to fill our order. When staff were asked about drinks and butter they were replaced but this I feel is something that should be kept an eye on.
"great location, very poor experience"
Poor service, extremely uncomfortable bed and a broken lift throughout the entire three day visit and we were on the third floor. No offer of assistance
"Sutton Harbour"
Fantastic stay, friendly staff from when we walked through the door to check in to leaving after breakfast the following day. We had a premier plus room for the 3rd time. Highly rate ,as you get quite a few extras plus a bigger room. Really comfortable bed and pillows , slept so well. Fantastic rainfall shower and lovely smelling hand and shower wash. Great nespresso coffee machine with the added touches of some chocolate and bottles of water. Great views over the harbour and the Barbican. Car parking was £8.00 for 24 hours .
"Great place to stay"
Very nice and clean, very friendly staff, excellent service and very helpful Only complaint is we couldn't get the Internet to work.
"Great location, reliable quality"
A small group of us spent a very pleasant couple of nights at Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour) during a very hot spell in June. On arrival, we were quickly processed and went to our rooms, which were lovely and cool thanks to the air conditioning. Parking was simple, albeit you have to pay £9 per night - but that's not bad within the overall costs of a stay. The room was typical Premier Inn: clean, spacious, big TV and even bigger bed (no Lenny Henry). Saturday night was a bit pricey, but pick your times and the deals are good. We also stopped on a Sunday night and it was a real bargain. Easy walk into the Barbican area for bars and restaurants, via the harbour bridge.
