We have been staying in this hotel for a few months while working on a project locally.
After settling in, I have to say that staff have been nothing short of amazing.
Cassandra and Kerry in particular, any issues we have faced with bookings etc have been rectified and we are greeted so warmly on arrival.
If you need a base in Plymouth, this hotel can't be beaten for value and comfort.

It is not a modern premier inn, so don't expect air con, but that said it did the job for us.
The first night we had a room with a small double bed (it was small), the next morning my wife inquired if there was any other rooms. We changed rooms and the bed was much bigger and the room was fantastic!!
