Parking costs £3 up to two hours, £3.80 up to three hours, £6.60 up to six hours, and £13 for up to 24 hours. Derry's Cross Car Park is not free of charge between 10pm and 7am. Payment can be made by pay and display (card payments only) or by using the RingGo app with location code 16982. This car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

    Alternative parking is available at Theatre Royal car park (PL1 2TR), also a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Parking costs £3 up to two hours, £3.80 up to three hours, £5.20 up to four hours, £6.60 up to six hours, and £13 for a daily ticket. Payment is by card only. This car park is open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 11.59pm and will be locked overnight.

    Staff super, professional , friendly and really helpful Great service and great location. Kitchen and breakfast were great. Room was well clean and wifi worked well Lots of cheap parking close by.

    Stayed overnight before our son’s graduation. Lovely and clean, very friendly staff who worked so hard. Special mention to Charlie ( and a female colleague who worked the evening of Oct 19th, sorry don’t know her name). Both were super hard working and conscientious and during a very busy meal service they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you 🙏.
    "Wonderful stay while visiting my daughter at university"
    I recently stayed here while visiting my daughter who studies at the University of Plymouth, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Traveling solo, I really appreciated how warm and welcoming the staff were—especially the manager, Mash, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and the location made it easy to walk to the university and explore the waterfront. Excellent hospitality all around—highly recommended for anyone visiting Plymouth!

    This is the second time we have used Premier Inn. at Derrys Cross. It serves our purpose very well as we like to go to Theatre Royal Plymouth arriving by train. it provides clean comfortable overnight accommodation with a good breakfast in the morning, making it easy to go to the Theatre without driving.

    Our Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Derry's Cross) hotel is perfect for exploring Plymouth. We're right in the heart of the city, close to Plymouth high street and only a short walk from one-of-a-kind independent shops and high street brands at Armada Shopping Centre and Drake Circus. Take in breath-taking views of Sutton Harbour from Plymouth Barbican Waterfront and discover amazing sea life at the National Marine Aquarium Plymouth. A trip to Plymouth wouldn't be complete without a visit to the historic lighthouses at Plymouth Hoe and Smeaton's Tower, both under a 15-minute walk from our hotel. EAfter a fun day out in Plymouth, enjoy a delicious meal at our in-house Thyme restaurant and look forward to sinking into one of our super-comfy beds.
