    "Dirty towel 🤢"
Central location, albeit a bit noisy. Room was ok but more travel lodge than premier inn. Bathroom skirting boards swollen and paint coming off, grout grubby. Shower ok. Extraction fan not working. But finding the towel I was drying myself with had brown marks and a footprint on it is why I’ve given 2 stars - clearly was not clean 🤢.
    "Great"
What a great hotel! Had a great stay, comfortable sleep and the breakfast was outstanding. Also, special mention to Lily
"Great little hotel in heart of town"
An experience! They had just changed staff, menu and chef. I have to say the young chap manager went above and beyond to smooth over the issues and I left with a happy soul and big smile. Lovely rooms and great location.
    "Amazing"
Popped in for breakfast, was lovely and we all enjoyed it very much.Nicola was super happy and helpful, definitely will return.
"The Good, The Not So Good, and the Downright Ugly."
My stay at Derry's Cross Premier Inn Plymouth was very comfortable. I chose to book in early for an extra charge, just to offload my luggage, although I was told that instead of booking in early they could store my luggage in a Staff room (no charge!). My room was very clean and the rainfall shower was a real treat! Very comfortable bed as is usual for Premier Inns (I've stayed in several) and extra pillows were provided. The TV and handset worked - but was a bit slow in responding to change of channels. The tea tray supplied all that was needed for a one night stay - but more could be provided if required - just ask at reception! My room was opposite a roundabout and traffic could be heard on the Sunday evening, but it became quiet from mid evening onwards. Reception staff were very efficient and obliging. The only delay I found was in the restaurant when the young waiter forgot to bring me my drink and he also failed to report back to me when I raised a query on my bill. The latter was resolved promptly to my satisfaction by a waitress in attendance when she was happy to assist. The restaurant only had three customers at the time - as it was very early evening. I only had a one night stay at this particular Premier Inn and found the price very reasonable indeed. I enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future. The major problem a visitor may have to contend with is Plymouth Town itself. It has been undergoing renovations in the the surrounding streets for YEARS!!! When will such work be finished I wonder................!!! Many areas cordoned off in the pedestrianised streets and pedestrians re-routed within the town. It is Horrendous!! Not much fun for the traffic either, I fear......! The hotel charges need to remain LOW in order to attract people to the town.....!
