      "Excellent room - food and customer service lets you down"
      Room was lovely. arrived early so unable to check in - when we came back at 3pm, there was a queue and so it took a lot longer than it should have food in the harvester was atrociuos - dinner looked like it had been covered in grease - i ate 1 mouthful. thought breakfast couldnt be any worse - was down at 8am, one of the 1st, and the eggs could have been used as weapons, everything looked like it had been under the lights for hours.

      The bed was very comfortable. A great night's sleep. I requested a room with a bath tub which I was able to have. The room could do with a little TLC but it was fine for a few days. Goodrington Sands is lovely place to stay. That's why we keep coming back.

      We stayed here from 17th -24th May 2025. The hotel was comfortable and facilities (Restaurant) were excellent. The staff were amazingly helpful especially Julie (Reception) who noticed we were older and suggested a different room in the main building so as not to climb 2 sets of stairs in the outer building (no lift). Julie immediately changed our room . This was wonderful personal service. We didn't request this change of room but she immediately drew it to our attention. Thank you
      "Great short break with perfect beach front location"
      Great service at hotel from staff. Room was excellent, clean and great sea-view. Breakfast buffet is recommended, the day it was cooked to order was disappointing and not value for money. Have stayed here many times, great position and great staff both friendly and extremely helpful. My only gripe is the £7.50 per night car parking charge, would have expected a discounted rate as staying at hotel.

      We love this hotel it’s an excellent location right by the beach but I suggest you don’t have dinner !!! Queuing system at the bar is not working as in you choose what you want off the menu but as we found out items eg basic chicken are out of stock prawn starters etc then when you go and check what else to order you have to queue again !!! Queued twice over 10 people each time - they should inform people before they get to the counter . Avoid !!!
